We had 5 windows replaced on our property the teams was fantastic installing the windows and one day and great quality service with no fuss the sales team did not hassle us they came gave us a cost and did not hassle us. I cannot recommend theses guys enough

100% positive experience using Carrolls Windows and Doors. We had 9 windows, front door and patio doors fitted. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Phil came out and measured up and talked us through our options and said Paul would email us in a few days with a price. We never felt pressured at any point and very happy with the price. Paul phoned us with a time and date for the job and guys turned up on time and worked away for 2 days with the least bit of hassle, place was spotless after 2 days. Having been strung along by a local tradesperson for three years, my tenant finally lost patience. I found Carroll's through Which? They had a surveyor in the area the next week, measured up, sent me brochures to choose a door from and answered my questions promptly. After the order was placed I was given a date for installation and that was the date that they came. At the same time glass in a window in the garage was replaced as well as toughened glass put in an interior glazed door. My tenant commented "The men were excellent, so nice and friendly and very tidy."

We have used this company many times and never been disappointed. We would never use another installation company due to the excellent, hassle free Job which we experienced. Carroll’s team, from initial enquiry to completion could not have been more customer focused. The workmanship was outstanding and the team ensured we were happy with all aspects of the job. Carrolls replaced my front and back doors and all the windows in my home. My windows were badly needing replaced so I had been looking for recommendations for the past few months. Carrolls regularly came up as being highly recommended by people and I have a few friends who had used them previously so I contacted them for a quote. Phil came out, measured up and sent out a detailed quotation, no sales pitch and no pressure at all. Five vans turned up on the Monday morning and they tore through the work in no time at all, everything was finished by the Tuesday afternoon. The guys did a great job, everything was left clean and tidy and I was delighted with my new windows and doors. This company have an excellent reputation in Cumbernauld, not just for their work but for their aftercare and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to everyone.

We have just had a front door and garage door fitted by Paul and his team at Carroll's Window and Door Solutions. They provided a great service starting from contacting Paul then Phil coming to survey our property giving us all the options available and advice regarding them. Everything was very straightforward from start to finish our installation team Brian & Allan arrived on time as advised on the day of installation they were very professional, helpful and did a great job and cleaned up when they were finished they are a great asset to Paul and the rest of the team at Carroll's. I recently had the door and window to my front porch replaced by Carroll’s. From the survey to installation on the day, the service and work carried out was first class. The workmen arrived early morning and worked non stop all day, tidying up after the job was completed. I am delighted with the porch and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for similar work to be done

The installer was very friendly, he arrived on time and after introducing himself he went straight to work. He was efficient, professional and was accurate in every detail. The finish is as beautiful as the door.

I had 9 windows, 2 main and patio doors replaced with french doors. So impressed from the 1st visit of Phil. Felt no pressure for hard sales, very relaxed. Told about all steps of the work and if happy with initial estimate a fuller survey would be carried out. Again no pressure. Made aware of all the work the fitters would do and how they would take care whilst fitting. On the day, we had so many fitters that a job initially estimated for 2 days was completed in 1 day, they arrived at 9 and were done by 4! On arrival 1st job was to cover all flooring to protect carpets, fitters were brilliant, efficient and very tidy. Guys kept us fully informed on each room being done around the house. The end finish was superb. I work at home and happy to say the disruption with the install was minimum! Had issue with front door which was damaged in transit to Carrolls but a new door was reordered and installed and I was kept up to date with that install. Delighted with quality, cost, and finish of work. Would wholeheartedly recommend them.
