Excellent response from initial enquiry to completed work. Initial quotation clear and detailed. Installers took time to cover floors and furniture around work area and cleaned up afterwards, including vacuum floors. Windows installed with no disruption to existing decorations. Would recommend Carrolls highly for their professional attitude throughout, including excellent customer aware installers.

Efficient administration, transparent billing, craftsman quality workmanship and polite conduct in my home make them a superb company to deal with. I’m fully satisfied with their service and happily recommend them to any potential customer.

At first glance, the title of this review might seem a little flippant, but there is nothing flippant about Carroll's Window & Door Solutions. From the first contact with their office, the work carried out for us was first class. We have a large conservatory and everything, but the roof needed replaced. From surveys to support, from good communication to finished article, I could not speak highly enough of this firm. Paul Carrol's firm was recommended to me by a trusted friend and I will be forever grateful. I have a special word of thanks for Iain and his team of workmen who carried out this job in two days. If I had to pick out something personal for me, it was that I felt I could trust everyone I dealt with. No anxiety around the job and, most importantly, value for money. I was completely satisfied with the work carried out by Carroll's Window and Door Solutions. They installed 8 windows and a front and back door and also fitted cladding around two dormer windows. The team who carried out the work were efficient and professional and nothing was too much trouble for them. I asked if they could help with the refitting of my blinds. No problem, they refitted all my blinds without hesitation. I was worried that I would have to redecorate after installation as all my rooms have wallpaper. But I needn't have worried as there was nothing to do. They also cleaned up any mess each night before they left. I have no hesitation in recommending them. I also have the reassurance of knowing that should I have any issues in the future I can phone Paul and the problem will be dealt with immediately. A first class company from beginning to end.

I had seen an example of the work of this company through a family member. I was impressed by their response to my initial enquiry. Everything was explained by Phil on his survey visit. Estimated time for order to be completed was as expected and I was given time to view the options. Nik kept me informed and the cost was explained . Paul contacted me to arrange a suitable time for the job to be completed. Workmen arrived on time and everything went according to plan. I am delighted with my new door - excellent quality and beautiful finish. No clearing up to be done and all rubbish was removed. Recently replaced my velux window and the whole process was very quick from quote to installation. Very fair price. Friendly workers who were very professional and ensured that they didn’t leave a mess. Good company to deal with.

The fitters were fantastic fitted my front door without leaving any mess. They explained how the locks worked. And it was all done within the scheduled time great job

I looked at a few window suppliers and installers over the last year. Varying prices provided. However I wanted to keep it local. Contacted Paul and his company came out quickly to quote and measure up. Received the quote quickly from them. I paid the deposit and it was only about 3 weeks till installation. The install took 2 days due to number of windows, but the team of installers were great. Quality is perfect. The team also ensured that they cleaned up after themselves. I had 6 windows and a rock door fitted over two days by Carroll’s windows recently. I have used this company before and once again I was not disappointed. The service is fantastic the quality of the work could not be faulted. The staff are professional, hard working and the standard of installation was excellent. The door and windows are perfect. I am so glad I choose this company to install my door and windows. I can not recommend this company enough. I would not hesitate to use them again.
