My mother does not use the internet and had problems with the lock on the back door. I looked up Castle Locks for her after reading the reviews. Excellent service, turned up promptly and fixed everything. They also spotted a fault with another lock and fixed it for a small fee. They were also good and took my payment over the phone and let me know what they had done for my mother. Very impressive!

Castle Locks gave prompt, reliable and expert service when my back door lock mechanism failed (I'd been advised by my insurance company's emergency locksmith that this was the problem). At my request I was given a quote over the phone based on them supplying a new mechanism. I was advised that it may be an obsolete part which would mean that the door would have to be adjusted to fit a different mechanism. However, I was assured that if this was the case the price would still be the same. In fact, even though the part was obsolete, they were able to source an alternative which would fit. As a result the price was well under the estimate.

Telephoned this Company last Sunday, not an urgent job. Described what I would like, gave estimate over the phone. Arrived today (08/02/2011) appraised the job and within 45 minutes was completed. Extremely courteous & tidy. Would recommend this Company to anyone. Asked him about replacing the letter box, not his Trade but offered to procure new letter box & fit it. What beter service could one ask for?

Found company's details here and called them for a quote on replacing a UPVC 5 point locking door lock. Happy with quote so booked job in. On day, received call to say on way and on arrival carried out job quickly and efficiently. Price paid was that quoted. Very satisfied with job done.

Excellent friendly service. Arrived within 5 minutes of stated time (on a Sunday) so no hanging around. Price quoted was a lot cheaper than other company's I contacted. No hesitation in using this company again.

Phoned at noon, receptionist asked all the relevant questions. Told me trader would be at address by 3pm. And quoted a fair price for the job. 2-30pm trader arrived, within minutes was able to find the problem with the door lock. Trader spent 30 minutes replacing broken parts &repairing it to its functional state.

I contacted Castle Locks to repair a jammed lock in a UPVC front door. The lock smith arrived within 3 hrs. He was efficient and in solving the problem.I have never had to use a locksmith before and was a bit concerned who I would get and what it would cost me. I recommended Castle Locks and would use them again. A.Salmon
