We are glad we chose Ceiba to install our Tesla Powerwall. Everything was explained to us at each stage of the process. The installation was trouble free and Chris and Simon were a pleasure to deal with. They were also very clean tidy, I’d be happy to recommend Ceiba.

Brilliant company from start to finish with great communication at all stages, If only the rest of the building trade could follow their lead on professionalism. We are now enjoying the benefits of free electricity and will not be paying a penny ever again!

I would have no hesitation in recommending Duncan and his team at Ceiba Renewables for your solar project. I first used Ceiba in 2012 and, having moved house, was keen to enjoy the benefits of solar power once again. They provided an excellent service on my first installation and therefore Duncan was my first choice for a new system. From the initial survey to the finished project, Ceiba were excellent. I couldn't be happier with my new system and it is performing far above my expectations. In particular having a Tesla Powerwall has transformed how the solar setup works and has given us a system that is virtually self sufficient even as we approach winter. I know it wasn't the easiest site for the install, but they overcame all the challenges and left an extremely neat and tidy installation. I know also, from previous experience, that their customer service is excellent, even after installation, which is important and reassuring when making such a large investment. As a repeat customer, I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Ceiba Renewables.

Just had 5.2 kw solar panels & a Zappy 2 EV charger installed. All those involved in the installation & commisioning the system were very efficient, clean & tidy. Simon & Chris were very helpful, even installing software on my phone to monitor my EV charger. Will be seeing Simon & Chris next month when they will be installing 2 Tesla Powerwalls.

From start to finish I have found everyone in this company and the roofing company they work closely with to be friendly, helpful and have carried out their jobs to a very high standard. It really was a pleasure to have such a conscientious, tidy group of workers build our replacement garage roof then work as a team with the electrician to install our solar panels.

We were highly recommended CEIBA Renewables by our neighbours, who had them fit solar panels and a Tesla battery to their property. The work they performed at our neighbour’s home was nothing short of fabulous, so we took their recommendation on board by also having Solar edge panels and Tesla Power Wall battery installed to our property by CEIBA. Duncan was extremely courteous and helpful throughout the entire project. He was always very prompt to answer our calls and answered all of our queries very comprehensively. Simon, Chris and the two roofers who did the work on site were all very hard working indeed. Their work was all very neat and tidy, whilst great care was taken at every stage to minimise any disruption, to clean up and to reinstate areas they worked in to how they had been found. I cannot rate CEIBA Renewables highly enough. The entire team made the whole experience very structured, friendly and stress-free. Within hours of CEIBA completing the work, I had already recommended them to several friends, family members and on Social Media. I have spoken to Duncan and to Romina on a number of occasions since installation and their assistance with our system certification, our connectivity to energy plans and advice in finding the right energy suppliers/providers has been invaluable. We used Ceiba Renewables to install 6kW of Solar panels and a Tesla Powerwall 2 battery. From initial discussions with Duncan through to the installation with Simon and Chris, the whole experience has been first class. This has been a large investment and having looked at several options from other companies we opted to go with Ceiba due to the quality of products they use and the reviews from other customers. The job was booked in and everything ran like clockwork, the guys turned up promptly, their friendliness and attention to detail was second to none. Simon and Chris were very thorough, you could tell they took real pride in making the installation not only work but make sure the cables and install was as tidy as possible. They were also excellent at explaining how the system worked and answered any questions I had about the setup. The first moment we went ‘off-grid’ was an amazing feeling, seeing the technology work is superb. I cannot rate Ceiba Renewables highly enough, real pleasure to deal with, and would not hesitate to use again.

Simon & Chris completed our installation today and I couldn't be happier. The installation is neat, tidy and everything cleaned away behind them and I received a thorough handover and demonstration of the system before they left site. Excellent work and a very professional team. Communication with the company was very straight forward with a lot of expertise and good selections of options. Duncan helps us to arrange the battery delivery and match the system to existing solar panels and inverters. The installation process happened shortly earlier than it was initially anticipated in current circumstances. Ceiba informed us of all the details well in advance. The installation team (Chris) performed all the process tidy and in perfect order. We definitely would recommend Ceiba Renewables for all types of electric and solar solution.

Ceiba have installed our 5.85kW Solar PV system and Powerwall. The installation experience has been exceptional from start to finish. A friendly and enthusiastic team of professionals has done an excellent job with first class quality of work! For some of the installation cabling they decided on more difficult options requiring more work, to ensure a neater and more aesthetically pleasing finish - that was pretty amazing! After each day our house was left immaculate. The interaction with Ceiba from start to finish has been a pleasure. Duncan gave completely impartial advice on the pros and cons of the different possibilities without ever promoting one over another. The customer service support from Lucy was faultless. Chris and Peter did an excellent job on the roof panels. The electrical and Powerwall installation by Simon and Chris is textbook-neat, and the explanation of the system was detailed and easy to follow. Our experience of Ceiba Renewables is that of an excellent company across the board. They believe in what they do in the renewables industry, and that comes across in their work.
