The experience with Ceiba Renewables was simple, clear and an absolute pleasure from start to finish. They supply the best of quality in products and match this every inch of the way in the service. Everything is explained clearly, they carry out a thorough survey (undertaken by the MD) and importantly listen to and deliver to the customer requirements. The team on site installing the system were fantastic. Take time to plan out the job, treat the property as if it were their own, i.e. workmanship of the highest order and site always left clean and tidy. Importantly they are very careful in suncontractors they work with, ensuring they are equal in standards, application and quality of service they provide. The only frustration there are very few companies out there now with the same values and principles in their approach. When you find them you appreciate the level of trust and confidence in the job they are doing. We are delighted for all these reasons to have worked with Ceiba and could not recommend them highly enough to others.

Ceiba provided an excellent installation service. Our house is old with a tricky inaccessible attic but this seemed to prove no problem at all. The team were tenacious in finding solutions and explained everything brilliantly. They were expert, friendly, respectful and skilled. Although a big job, both inside and out, the disruption was minimal and everything was left in good order. Connection with our wifi proved difficult but the problems were overcome and since installation our panels and battery have functioned perfectly and have generated far more energy than we would have expected in dull Glasgow. I have already recommended Ceiba without reserve to friends and colleagues.

Having researched what solar panels I wanted I found Ceiba Renewables who covered my area and came highly recommended. The demand for them was high but they managed my expectations of the timing of service delivery from the outset. The panels were installed before the power wall due to supply difficulties. They did an excellent job with no wiring down external walls, crawling about in the loft to make a very neat job. They also upgraded the safety of my electricity supply. The power wall has just been installed and all the account set-up for the app is done by Ceiba so that has simplified everything for me. Another neat job. With both installations, I got a good briefing on what had been done, how to operate the electrics associated with it safely and how to manage it via the app. They have been most helpful with advice and documentation and the crucial thing is that the price quoted is the price charged.

What a great experience working with Ceiba Renewables has been. From design to installation and handover first class. Tesla gateway and powerwall installation associated wiring is to the highest standard with many thanks to Simon. As a senior offshore commissioning engineer myself I am fully satisfied with the total process and would strongly recommend Ceiba renewables. We used Ceiba Renewables to design and install our solar panels, Tesla battery and car charger. We received first class service every step of the way, from design and right through the installation and commissioning process. All the staff are knowledgeable, helpful, thoughtful and very competent. The installation process was very professional and thorough and the on-site personnel took great care to ensure they put all equipment exactly where we wanted it. They were also very clean and tidy. They sell the very best quality equipment available and the prices reflect this, but we hold the view that quality is always worth paying for. We would whole-heartedly recommend Ceiba to friends, family, or anyone reading this review.

Ceiba Renewables replaced an inverter a few years ago, the third company and finally a trustworthy one. So Ceiba was my first choice was when the solar panels stopped working every time it rained until they dried out and a plague of pigeons nesting under the solar panels were fouling the sunroom glazing and the patio. After checking the market, I found Ceiba to be competitive. Duncan and William patiently worked through my concerns about the previous company’s exploding inverter and work was agreed to install self-extinguishing wiring in the attic and high quality replacement panels. I would like to make special mention of Chris and Peter, who uncomplainingly removed unexpected dead decaying pigeon. They also replaced broken tiles and cleaned the gutter as well as adding the planned pigeon proofing and replacing an ancient skylight. The wrong cable had been sent, so William drove over with the self-extinguishing type. Duncan provided a necessary lesson in accessing the online statistics. Everyone went the extra mile to ensure the work was completed on time with everything removed to be recycled, so you wouldn’t know they’d been there. It’s a delight to see a clean patio every morning, as well as the increase in solar generation. The whole team are as pleasant to have around as they are competent. I cannot praise them highly enough. You can feel confident that you will be choosing a company with integrity. I recommend Ceiba Renewables unreservedly.

I was unfortunate enough to be a victim of a less than professional company when I first had solar panels installed. Subsequent problems led me to Duncan for help. He and his wife sorted my immediate problem and advised on the likelihood of future problems. I have since had them return to do a major renovation of the installation of the panels, and found them hard-working, helpful, professional and willing to adapt to circumstances. I would have no hesitation in recommending this trader.

We cannot recommend them too highly. From quotation to final handover they were very professional but friendly. A detailed explanation of each stage of the process meant everything went smoothly and we are delighted with the results. All the work was completed to a very high standard and the site left tidy afterwards.

We have just had a 4 kW Solar PV System, based on Sunpower black panels, installed by Duncan and his team. It went well and we found out things about our house that we didn't know beforehand. The early winter weather was attrocious but a brief spell of fine weather allowed the fitters to complete the job despite the rain in the morning. Duncan explained the system well, including how to apply for the Feedin Tariff. The panels immediately started generating electricity on a cloudy day! Our house was left spotless and all packing materials were taken away. Wonderful!

Simon and Chris completed installing a Tesla Powerwall today. The whole job was really well planned and scheduled by Ceiba and perfectly executed by Simon and Chris. They are very competent and obviously enjoy working in the renewable sector.

Brilliant company from start to finish with great communication at all stages, If only the rest of the building trade could follow their lead on professionalism. We are now enjoying the benefits of free electricity and will not be paying a penny ever again!

We have had 2 Tesla Powerwalls fitted by Ceiba Renewables Ltd. Before the Job started, I spoke to Duncan on a few occasions by telephone and e-mail. So, he and his team were aware of how I wanted my installation carried out. At no time was there any issue with my questions. Asked and answered in a quick and professional manner. The day before the installation Duncan called and asked if it was still OK for the install. On the day of Installation Duncan and his team arrived on time. He introduced his team and we had an initial discussion of the job. The main works were carried out by Simon his electrician / Installation Engineer. Having been in charge of large-scale electrical installations offshore myself I asked Simon many questions and at no time did he fail to give me an answer. All his work was neat and tidy. They carried out the final testing and cleaned up all their workspace when complete. I can say they are truly a professional company with customer satisfaction as a priority. Lucy also merits a mention with her professionalism, who from the office, carried out all necessary paperwork. I have no hesitation in recommending Ceiba Renewables Ltd.

I picked this company from the tesla recommended supplier and installer. My first point of contact was Duncan himself i explained what i was wanting a tesla power wall and add extra 3.2 kW solar to my existing 4kw solar he was very helpful and understanding of what i was wanting he gave me two or three pricing ideas which suited me best explained to me what was involved and in Jan spoke to me a couple of days before to see if it was ok to install system Chris and boys turned up a couple of days and was fitted all working would recommend this company and would like to thank Lucy for her help with the paperwork side

Ceiba have installed our 5.85kW Solar PV system and Powerwall. The installation experience has been exceptional from start to finish. A friendly and enthusiastic team of professionals has done an excellent job with first class quality of work! For some of the installation cabling they decided on more difficult options requiring more work, to ensure a neater and more aesthetically pleasing finish - that was pretty amazing! After each day our house was left immaculate. The interaction with Ceiba from start to finish has been a pleasure. Duncan gave completely impartial advice on the pros and cons of the different possibilities without ever promoting one over another. The customer service support from Lucy was faultless. Chris and Peter did an excellent job on the roof panels. The electrical and Powerwall installation by Simon and Chris is textbook-neat, and the explanation of the system was detailed and easy to follow. Our experience of Ceiba Renewables is that of an excellent company across the board. They believe in what they do in the renewables industry, and that comes across in their work. A friendly team who individually and collectively take great pride in doing a great job. We 100% recommend them and they deserve every success!

Excellent work and a very professional team. Communication with the company was very straight forward with a lot of expertise and good selections of options. Duncan helps us to arrange the battery delivery and match the system to existing solar panels and inverters. The installation process happened shortly earlier than it was initially anticipated in current circumstances. Ceiba informed us of all the details well in advance. The installation team (Chris) performed all the process tidy and in perfect order. We definitely would recommend Ceiba Renewables for all types of electric and solar solution.

The installation is neat, tidy and everything cleaned away behind them and I received a thorough handover and demonstration of the system before they left site. Our Sunpower Panels and Tesla Powerwalls were installed by CEIBA in November last year. The survey work by Duncan was thorough, detailed and professional and his recommendations on the capacity and potential performance have proved to be accurate with Spring solar generation in full sunlight consistently producing up to ninety seven percent of the five point two Kwph max panel rating. Duncan also flagged up a potential problem with our rafters for the fixing of the in-roof system, and we were able to resolve this in time before the installation. CEIBA work as a highly effective team with excellent communication and an agile approach to dealing with any issues. All the required permissions and paperwork were handled timeously by Romina. The roofers worked carefully and considerately when removing our slates and did a great job fitting the in-roof panels. Meanwhile, Romina in the office and Duncan kept in close contact and were available to answer any queries. The electricians Simon and Chris were great. Simon is clearly knowledgeable and very experienced and negotiated the location and connection of the Sunny Boy inverter in the loft and wi-fi set up etc. He also gave excellent advice regarding our EV charger and has responded fully and quickly to all post-installation technical enquiries. We chose CEIBA out of three companies and based on their Which Trusted Trader status. They thoroughly deserve this accolade for the excellent team work and service they provide.

Duncan was excellent in going through the design options for the Solar PV array and power wall, comms were great from the office as we got towards the installation date, and the installation team did an excellent job. Can't think of how they could have done any better - solid 5/5

Excellent customer service from the team a Ceiba Renewables from start to finish. Throughout the entire process from the presales stage, collaborating and iterating on the requirements/design/quoting stage, to getting the pre and post commissioning process the team at Ceiba Renewables have been amazing and a joy to work with. They managed my expectations regularly with updates on the supply chain issues and high demand with realistic and accurate forecasts. Once the elements of the system arrived on schedule, the installation itself over the course of 3 days went really well. The team were amazing very knowledgeable and engaging. A standout part of the installation is they involved me on every small detail from the positioning of the components on the day applying rational to our decisions (in terms of any future expandability) and they were engaging with my questions as I built up my knowledge about the installation. Not every company or professional does this, but I am glad they did. Another important factor was as a team between the roofers and the electricians they worked well as a unit and delivered very neat work. Everything was completed ahead of schedule. Ceiba Renewables pride themselves on using quality products and the deliver a quality service and I can honestly say the team have lived up to their mission statement thus I have no hesitation to give them future business and would recommendation them to anyone looking for a quality installation.

Ceiba fitted a large system of 40 solar panels and a Tesla PowerWall for our bungalow in rural Argyll. Their customer service was excellent and they kept us informed about every stage of the process. The installation was also very smooth with everyone involved knowing what they were doing. Their electrician was particularly knowledgable and helpful. When there was one minor problem with monitoring the system the engineer was there at 8am the next morning to fix it. We have a lot of problems getting people in to do work for us as we are literally in the back of beyond but Ceiba were a notable exception to this. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone thinking about having solar work done.

Ceiba lived up to their excellent reputation from start to finish. Duncan is an expert in the field and provided great advice at the planning stage. Supplier delays meant a long wait for the installation, but Ceiba were completely honest and open about the issues which was much appreciated. I have heard many stories of companies squeezing customers by increasing the cost, but Ceiba honoured their original quote despite rising costs. Trying to install solar panels in winter on our island location gave Project Manager Romina endless headaches with cancelled ferries, fully booked hotels and so on, but she worked tirelessly to keep everything on track. The roofing team did an excellent job in horrible weather, rather them than me! When the Tesla Powerwall and the other equipment finally arrived Simon & Andrew did a superb job, working round all the challenges, fuelled only by tea and scones. They were very tidy and took time to make sure we had all the relevant apps set up and knew how to work everything. Overall it has been an absolute pleasure dealing with everyone at Ceiba, the system we have has exceeded our expectations in terms of power generated. I can see why they have won numerous awards, I have recommended them to several friends and will continue to do so
