Ceiba Renewables were very professional to deal with from enquiry right through to install. They arrived when they said they would and completed the install in the time stated - even although it was one of the coldest weeks of the year! They installed 15 panels, a Tesla Powerwall, an EDDI and a ZAPPI. The panels look great and the Powerwall install and associated solar hardware was installed very neatly. They made sure everything was working as it should before they left - there was some difficulty getting the ZAPPI to talk to the HARVI, turned out it was too far away so they had to switch to using the EDDI as the master unit - everything then worked as it should. Very impressed with the company and their employees. They are not the cheapest but use the best hardware and do a very neat install. I believe they are worth the extra.

Excellent service from all at Ceiba Renewables. Although not local to my area they were recommended by a friend in the village. Installation team did a great job. All went well without any issues. I would have no hesitation to recommend to others. Friendly, pleasant and helpful to deal with. System is up and working. Great! Thinking now of phase 2 already...

Excellent service throughout, from the first inquiry to the installation of the panels and battery. All decisions and details were courteously explained and discussed. The site was always left tidy. The building firm (this was a new build) was impressed as well.

The team from ceiba did all that was promised. They were very punctual, neat and hard working. The two teams, electrical and roof panel installation coordinated seamlessly and it was clear that they were highly experienced in this field. At and during the installation all the components fully explained to me and they ensured I fully understood how the system functioned and where all the isolation points were located and how to reset the Tesla battery if ever required. The control app was set up and explained in detail to me. Everything was left neat and tidy before departure. I highly recommend this firm if you are considering a solar and battery installation for your property.

Ceiba was chosen because of the quality of components to be used and the warranty that went with them. They were not the cheapest, but we are delighted with the installation. Their technicians were first class and their after sales support thorough. With rising electricity prices, we anticipate that the installation will help to keep our Community Shop sustainable into the future.

All you could ask for in a contractor. Work carried out on the date specified, in the time specified and for the price specified. All work completed to a very high standard and the whole team were professional and courteous throughout. Would definitely recommend, and would definitely employ again.

I had a solar pv system fitted and it's been installed now for over a year and never once have I had a problem with it or has the system not worked. The production of the system is far higher than the SAP values and has proven to be a very good system at the price it was installed at.

Our solar panels had a previous fault that warranted investigation, plus our roof was leaking in several places under the panels. Duncan and the team arrived at the arranged time and carried out the work professionally and in a timely fashion. Duncan and Chris were very helpful explaining the causes of the fault and reasons for the roof leaks. Once the work was completed Duncan e-mailed a report and photos of repairs carried out. The cost matched the quote exactly, in fact, some small extra work I had requested the day before the work was to be carried out was done with no extra charge, much appreciated. I will be using this company again in the future if we encounter any more issues with our solar panels. Very happy with the work.

We built a house from scratch and Ceiba were one of the companies that never let us down at any point. They arrived when they said they would, well prepared, stayed until the job was complete and were a pleasure to deal with. The installation of Solar array and Tesla Powerwalls was carried out efficiently and the system has been very well designed for the needs of the house. This might just be me that is sad enough to notice this but the wiring and equipment installation in the plant room is an absolute work of art! Makes me happy every time I go down there :-)

We were highly recommended CEIBA Renewables by our neighbours, who had them fit solar panels and a Tesla battery to their property. The work they performed at our neighbour’s home was nothing short of fabulous, so we took their recommendation on board by also having Solar edge panels and Tesla Power Wall battery installed to our property by CEIBA. I have just had Ceiba install 14 SunPower PV panels (5.25kW) along with a Tesla PowerWall 2. The panels were physically installed on two aspects of the roof in one day and then a few days later Chris & Simon came to do all the wiring and PowerWall installation over 2 more days - all as planned. All work was done to a very high standard with excellent communication throughout. Both site teams (and the office team) were friendly, professional and helpful throughout the process - can't recommend them enough. Thanks.
