I called Aziz because I thought I had a broken shower valve. I did have a broken shower valve, but there turned out to be much more complex issues in the bathroom once Aziz started to investigate. As soon as he saw what was behind the tiling, it was apparent that the work I'd had done a dozen years before (by someone else) was not up to scratch. Aziz showed me very clearly what the problems were and it was easy for me to see them, thanks to his clarity, and to see that he was right. In the end I asked him to redo the shower/bath and the basin and toilet because it was clear to me that if we didn't do this now there would be problems down the line. It's important to stress how good the quality of Aziz's communication is. This is a really big deal. It's very clear too how much cares about the quality of his work. The service he offers is not the cheapest, but it is of very high value, and that's the important thing. I'm confident that the money I spent is on work that will last, and I would not hesitate to call him again and recommend him — and his whole team, who were great to work with to a person.

Aziz and his team have worked for several months to renovate the basement of my house to a very high standard. Floors, ceiling, walls, gas, electrics, shower, toilet - the whole lot. It required lots of different skill sets, and Certified brought it all together beautifully. The quality of the workmanship, including bespoke handmade elements, is easily the best we have ever seen. They made it easy for us, and we quickly became confident that they knew exactly what we needed. We will be using them again, for sure.

Aziz and his colleagues, Karim, Chris and Kem, were fantastic in helping us at a very difficult time just before Christmas. Our gas meter had been changed and the fitter detected a fall in pressure, which means a leak in the system, so he had to shut off our gas. Aziz and colleagues attended at short notice and worked late into the evening on more than one day, to replace a series of sub-standard pipes in our elderly house. They have very high standards of workmanship, no shoddy work or cutting corners. They also take the time to explain everything with great patience and good humour. We’ll be using them again.

I've known Aziz at Certified Group since 2015 when I needed a gas safe engineer to fit a tumble dryer and he started servicing all our gas appliances, boiler etc every year. I've since discovered he and his team provide all home maintenance and building services and I've used him for several key projects around a home that's very old and has needed TLC. Excellent attention to detail, excellent communication - showing me what the issues are and explaining what needs to be done, why and how; excellent team of guys who are extremely friendly, professional, tidy and couldn't be more helpful. Safety conscious - making sure that we are safe and secure. Excellent knowledge and desire to do the best job possible. Aziz and his team go above and beyond. I have NO hesitation in recommending them.

As a picky, difficult yet not impolite customer, I don't usually provide reviews. Tradesman don't usually like me and vice versa. Aziz and his team however are a rare breed indeed. Working tirelessly with unswerving dedication, they are committed to executing work to a high standard, but equally prepared to explain the process throughout with attention to millimetre type detail if called to do so. The team consistently demonstrate an extremely positive can-do attitude, so often lacking with other engineers and fitters. If you want the job done properly in uncompromised fashion these really are the people to go to. Simple as that. I provide this commendation in good faith after using them for over 11 years.

Aziz and his team (Karim & Chris) carried out a number of jobs on my rental flat in Lewisham: fixed and serviced boiler, balanced central heating system, installed washing machine, fixed the toilet cistern and replaced the kitchen floor. Reliable, punctual, polite and stuck to the agreed schedule (important when there are tenants in situ). They were a pleasure to work with. Aziz kept me informed and updated, and also explained very precisely what they were doing and why, which really helped my peace of mind. I have absolutely no hesitation recommending them. Top blokes. Team very tidy clearing after every shift. Aziz very helpful and supportive. Renovation completed on time and to high standard. At least 3 passersby were impressed enough to offer Certified work. I would happily employ them again and highly recommend them.

I've worked with Aziz and his team before and so when I wanted some engineered wood flooring I turned to them as my first choice provider. I was not disappointed. They aren't the cheapest, but definitely the best value for money. They gave my a prompt quote, lots of good advice, planned in the work efficiently and promptly, kept to plan, worked incredibly hard and fast, were friendly and courteous, were obsessively tidy, gave great attention to detail, moved all my furniture about for me, solved some potentially challenging problems along the way and did an absolutely fabulous job. I couldn't be happier with the work and the experience.

Very happy with Aziz and his team, replacing the boiler in my flat. Communication was great, all clear and honest. Work was done quickly and everything kept tidy and clean. Would highly recommend!

I contacted Certified Group late Weds afternoon because a leak had started in the kitchen which I'd hopefully identified it as the inlet to the washing machine. Aziz phoned, asked a few questions about the problem, we agreed the final price for parts and labour and he advised me to turn off the mains supply. Karim arrived early evening and soon identified the washing machine filter and a short piece of cold water feed pipe as needing replacement. This he did and completely dried and cleaned the floor too. All this took him about 1 hour. A little after Karim left, Aziz phoned to ask if everything was now OK and if I was happy with their service. I certainly am. This was the first time I've used Aziz and co. but will call them first for any other heating or plumbing requirements I have.
