Aziz and Chris are outstanding. They are so thorough with their work and everything is completed to an extremely high standard. They are both lovely people and a pleasure to have in the house. They are very punctual and excellent at communicating. We are so grateful to them for repairing various plumbing issues and they will be our first port of call for anything in the future.

Aziz and Chris did a fantastic work of installing a new boiling and heating system in our apartment. Certified Group agreed to take this installation work in a very short notice and that too in the end of October just ahead of winter season which is highly anticipated. They managed to effectively complete the installation in 5 working days which involved dismantling existing boiling and heating system, procuring materials for installing new system, providing demo of the new system. Both Aziz and Chris had great knowledge and skill and were experts in this installation work. Overall, we were extremely satisfied and will highly recommend Certified Group especially Aziz and Chris to our family and friends!!! Keep it up 👍

I've used Aziz and his team for a few jobs now; he's always great to work with, and the work itself is great. I had a slow leak in a pipe in my living room, skirting board had to be removed, pipe exposed and repaired and the whole made good. Aziz and his team did exactly what they said they would, they are always so courteous and kind, and they do the work beautifully and also clean up beautifully. I highly recommend them.

I live in an Edwardian block of flats with a boiler located in a cupboard in the internal kitchen and vented up the chimney. Certified Group Ltd (a Which Trusted Trader), led by Aziz Miah, carried out the work. They began with a comprehensive inspection: they shone lights up the flue, went onto the roof to look at the terminal, spoke to one of the building managers, had detailed conversations with the technical departments of three boiler companies about bendy flues, took pictures, banged on walls, inspected the radiators and critiqued the electrics. And they came up with a detailed, innovative and effective work plan and fully-costed estimates. In the last half of March plumbers, electricians, carpenters and decorators were here for 11 days (7AM to 7PM). They carefully protected the units, appliances, and flooring in the kitchen, bathroom and hallway and returned all to me at the end of the process without damage and spotlessly clean. They installed the new boiler in the same location as the old and inserted a boxed-in venting system which ran across kitchen and bathroom ceilings and negotiated pinch points at the windows between kitchen/bathroom and bathroom/external walkway without major or costly disruption. They installed new radiators and sorted out the electrics, including a new board and various alarms. I will be using Certified Group Ltd again and warmly recommend them for their skills, reliability, professionalism and consideration.

I called Aziz because I thought I had a broken shower valve. I did have a broken shower valve, but there turned out to be much more complex issues in the bathroom once Aziz started to investigate. As soon as he saw what was behind the tiling, it was apparent that the work I'd had done a dozen years before (by someone else) was not up to scratch. Aziz showed me very clearly what the problems were and it was easy for me to see them, thanks to his clarity, and to see that he was right. In the end I asked him to redo the shower/bath and the basin and toilet because it was clear to me that if we didn't do this now there would be problems down the line. It's important to stress how good the quality of Aziz's communication is. This is a really big deal. It's very clear too how much cares about the quality of his work. The service he offers is not the cheapest, but it is of very high value, and that's the important thing. I'm confident that the money I spent is on work that will last, and I would not hesitate to call him again and recommend him — and his whole team, who were great to work with to a person.

Aziz and his team have worked for several months to renovate the basement of my house to a very high standard. Floors, ceiling, walls, gas, electrics, shower, toilet - the whole lot. It required lots of different skill sets, and Certified brought it all together beautifully. The quality of the workmanship, including bespoke handmade elements, is easily the best we have ever seen. They made it easy for us, and we quickly became confident that they knew exactly what we needed. We will be using them again, for sure.

Aziz and his colleagues, Karim, Chris and Kem, were fantastic in helping us at a very difficult time just before Christmas. Our gas meter had been changed and the fitter detected a fall in pressure, which means a leak in the system, so he had to shut off our gas. Aziz and colleagues attended at short notice and worked late into the evening on more than one day, to replace a series of sub-standard pipes in our elderly house. They have very high standards of workmanship, no shoddy work or cutting corners. They also take the time to explain everything with great patience and good humour. We’ll be using them again.

I've known Aziz at Certified Group since 2015 when I needed a gas safe engineer to fit a tumble dryer and he started servicing all our gas appliances, boiler etc every year. I've since discovered he and his team provide all home maintenance and building services and I've used him for several key projects around a home that's very old and has needed TLC. Excellent attention to detail, excellent communication - showing me what the issues are and explaining what needs to be done, why and how; excellent team of guys who are extremely friendly, professional, tidy and couldn't be more helpful. Safety conscious - making sure that we are safe and secure. Excellent knowledge and desire to do the best job possible. Aziz and his team go above and beyond. I have NO hesitation in recommending them.

As a picky, difficult yet not impolite customer, I don't usually provide reviews. Tradesman don't usually like me and vice versa. Aziz and his team however are a rare breed indeed. Working tirelessly with unswerving dedication, they are committed to executing work to a high standard, but equally prepared to explain the process throughout with attention to millimetre type detail if called to do so. The team consistently demonstrate an extremely positive can-do attitude, so often lacking with other engineers and fitters. If you want the job done properly in uncompromised fashion these really are the people to go to. Simple as that. I provide this commendation in good faith after using them for over 11 years.

Aziz and his team (Karim & Chris) carried out a number of jobs on my rental flat in Lewisham: fixed and serviced boiler, balanced central heating system, installed washing machine, fixed the toilet cistern and replaced the kitchen floor. Reliable, punctual, polite and stuck to the agreed schedule (important when there are tenants in situ). They were a pleasure to work with. Aziz kept me informed and updated, and also explained very precisely what they were doing and why, which really helped my peace of mind. I have absolutely no hesitation recommending them. Top blokes. I've worked with Aziz and his team before and so when I wanted some engineered wood flooring I turned to them as my first choice provider. I was not disappointed. They aren't the cheapest, but definitely the best value for money. They gave my a prompt quote, lots of good advice, planned in the work efficiently and promptly, kept to plan, worked incredibly hard and fast, were friendly and courteous, were obsessively tidy, gave great attention to detail, moved all my furniture about for me, solved some potentially challenging problems along the way and did an absolutely fabulous job. I couldn't be happier with the work and the experience.

I contacted Certified Group late Weds afternoon because a leak had started in the kitchen which I'd hopefully identified it as the inlet to the washing machine. Aziz phoned, asked a few questions about the problem, we agreed the final price for parts and labour and he advised me to turn off the mains supply. Karim arrived early evening and soon identified the washing machine filter and a short piece of cold water feed pipe as needing replacement. This he did and completely dried and cleaned the floor too. All this took him about 1 hour. A little after Karim left, Aziz phoned to ask if everything was now OK and if I was happy with their service. I certainly am. This was the first time I've used Aziz and co. but will call them first for any other heating or plumbing requirements I have.

Really swift and efficient service - ETA clearly communicated, job thoroughly explained, performed effectively and comprehensively cleared afterwards - good work I have no hesitation recomending.

Certified Group attended to track down a leak, that they identified as being on the mains inlet pipe. There were also some leaky taps and a toilet needing attention. Aziz and his team dealt with all this efficiently, keeping me well informed at every stage. They arrived on time and put in long hours, always cheerful and a pleasure to have around. The toilet repairs were more extensive than anticipated, but were completed to a high standard well within the schedule. Each day and on completion everything was left neat and tidy.

Aziz and his team were extremely professional and it was really refreshing to have work carried by people who genuinely cared about what they were doing with an extremely high quality of workmanship. Aziz is extremely helpful and has an amazing attention to detail. Everyone had great respect for our home and left it spotless when finished. I would highly recommend.

Aziz and his team did a terrific job identifying the source of a leak in a terraced house bathroom. They removed an old bath, shower, shower screen and tiles. They straightened the wall, added insulation put in new tiles, new bath/shower and reattached basin. There was barely any mess or dust, the protective covers they installed on the carpet worked perfectly. And they were very good at cleaning up and removing rubbish every day. Aziz and his team were all professional, friendly and approachable. The finished job looks fantastic. Hopefully, they will be available for any future jobs.

I had Aziz from certified group ltd come and do a full house renovation for me which included full plumbing, electrical rewire, plastering, painting and decorating etc. from the beginning to the end Aziz and his team were an absolute delight! Really professional tradesmen, I'm so happy with all the works that has been done to my home, everyone that comes over has been complimenting how amazing it looks! In fact two of my friends has asked for Aziz’s number. They are always on time, they clean after themselves and have always left my property in an immaculate condition. Aziz and his team (special mention to Karim and George) undertook extensive repairs to our hot water and central heating systems in our apartment. They worked extremely hard to produce a quality professional result. Our impression is that they will not compromise in order to achieve a high quality long term solution and their aim is to foster long term clients. Completed within time frame and on budget. Aziz and his team came and upgraded the heating system in my house, incl the replacement of a very old boiler with a modern one, the gas pipeline upgrade, disposal of old dirty water tanks, they also resolved many potential problems in the kitchen. Aziz and his mates showed professionalism and sometimes they worked long hours eg 8am to 8pm to keep up with the plan while working on more items associated with the plan... I'd recommend them.

This was the 3rd job picked up by Certified Group and they continued to deliver. Each job has ended up having quirks - the latest being some plastic piping that needed replacing - and they've been extremely helpful and communicative throughout.
