I found Charles on a website, got two quotes one for him and one from another builder for the job I wanted , even though Charles was a bit more expensive he sounded like a good bloke and gave me good feeling that he was capable of doing a good job, I struck gold with him. He first did a kitchen installation and a months later he did the complete bathroom. He and his apprentice were always on time and were very friendly. Cleaned up every day before the left. Would recommend him!

Charles and two others came in tiled all above the work top in the kitchen. They were great communicators that kept us informed, very tidy and clean. They came on time and the work was done on time.

Charles is very good. I moved into my bungalow and he put in 2 new bathrooms, a kitchen, windows, did a porch at the front, a patio at the back and a drive way so I can park my car. He doesn't use rubbish stuff, and when he does a foundation, he does a good solid job. He's always easy get hold of the phone as well. He had a fellow with him that was hoover mad, he was hovering and cleaning around the place and I said I'd be happy to have him permanently! Charles really doesn't mess things up

They knocked together our kitchen, into our dining room , removed the old kitchen and put in a new one and put two stood walls on the landing. Chris and the two other gentleman were very open with how long everything would take and if they found any issues and they always contacted me, if they found anything, to get my opinion before they progressed. I've, also, never had builders that care so much about being tidy

Charles has done a few things for us, the largest thing was renovating the kitchen, including structural renovations to accommodate my design. He's a very competent man, he arranged and did plumbing and electrical changes and liaised with the marble top suppliers so arranged for everything to work, like a management role. He's brilliant, a really nice man, really trustworthy. If he can't do it he knows someone that can, if he hasn't got it he knows how to get it and his plastering is second to none.

Charles enlarged the loft hatch, fitted a loft ladder and boarded the loft in my house. He also fitted a light tube and new extractor fan to the internal bathroom. He was efficient, reliable, tidy and competitively priced and I'm pleased with the results.
