Cherry carpets provided a quote and then we visited their showroom to decide on the particular option we preferred. They were friendly and efficient in their dealings with us. A date and time was arranged for fitting and Matt arrived at the appointed time. He carried out the work diligently and meticulously with attention to detail and care in the laying out. The work was completed to programme and our kitchen was left clean and tidy by Matt. This is the second time we have appointed Cherry Carpets and would have no hesitation in using them again and would highly recommend them.

Never used you before so a little apprehensive but have to say very pleased with work The workers were Kerry and Mark they also had to do the sawing in doors so there was dust in the hallway but they swept it all up also wiped down stairs so good on them Well done

Cherry Carpets laid carpet in our hall, stairs and upper landings and laid hard flooring in our dining room. The work was done very well with a very personable and professional service from all those who dealt with us. Terry and his colleagues provide excellent customer service. First time we have used Cherry Carpets, this time for the inital phase of a bigger house refurb, and so impressed with the standard of work, their customer service and fabulous products. The bedroom carpet is very impressive quality, looks and feels fabulous and process from removal of old underlay and carpet to the door trim to accommodate our lush new carpet was efficient, clean and tidy. The shower room has had LVT laid which looks amazing. The room had originally been tiled and the floor needed a lot of prep before the LTV could be laid, but Kerry the fitter was brilliant working round and solving the challenges and installing the flooring with minimal waste and attention to detail. Very pleased with these results and looking forward to Cherry installing the rest of the new flooring once the rooms are ready. Highly recommend for value, craftmanship and quality.

We used Cherry for the first time and found the whole process very efficient with excellent time keeping and communications from the initial representative who came to measure up, quote and recommend carpet, to all the office communications re setting up appointments and the invoice etc and in particular the fitters, Henry, Rob and Andy who were thorough, friendly and efficient. This is the first time I have used this company and it won't be the last. They have carried out the supply and fitting of new carpet including removal of the old carpet and underlay though out my house including removing and replacing all furniture etc as necessary. I have found them to be very proficient, helpful and professional and good value from start to finish.

We got two floors worth of new carpets and two rooms of engineered wood from Cherry Carpets. I couldn't fault them. The products were high quality. Terry who did the carpets and Kerry who did the wooden floors were both excellent. Shout out in particular to Kerry. After finding moisture in the floors he worked fast and hard, going out of his way to make sure deadlines were met, even with the extra layers of work needed to protect from the moisture. We couldn't be happier with service and our new floors.
