An excellent company. We took several months to choose our kitchen floor and were provided with thorough and patient help in choosing the right floor, loaning of samples and including excellent recommendations for workmen. One came and repaired our suspended timber floor. Another moved 4 appliances before and after the fitting. The final fitting of 3 days was made to an excellent standard. From start to finish I always had the confidence that everything would be well taken care of and at a competitive price which proved to be totally correct.

I am delighted to have found a family run carpet company that provides excellent service from start to finish. The whole experience felt 1 on 1 and the amount of detailed information and explanation was so helpful. Communication was excellent from start to finish and we are very happy with the end result. Excellent service from Toby and Matt and the rest of the Cherry Carpets team. Very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating - especially with providing multiple quotes for our change of heart on carpet/colours, and then kindly storing our order whilst we dealt with ongoing issues with water damage that delayed our fitting date by several months. Friendly, reliable service that came in on budget and resulted in gorgeous stair carpets that are perfectly laid. Matt even trimmed our leftover offcut to make it easier to store, and advised that we could use this in the case of any future damage to a stair. Very happy with the outcome - many thanks.

I recently moved and needed to replace a carpet in one of the bedrooms. Originally, I checked both Cherry carpets and the competition across the road - Cherry was closed on the day, so I had someone go in on my behalf. That was the right decision. The gentlemen that booked to come view the room, and who I followed up with after to the end (Toby), was very polite and helpful in choice making, did not attempt to up-sell me on anything - even though I had the things I wanted picked out prior. Quoted the price and called to confirm down the line, both times being very favourable and under what I had initially expected. Once booked in, I had to make some adjustments to the timeline. They were very willing and understanding, and worked around my schedule entirely. The people who came to do the actual work were also very friendly and prompt, cleaned up after themselves and left the room looking amazing. I highly recommend anyone to use Cherry Carpets, and going forward, if I need work done elsewhere, they will be who I choose.

Aaron, Andy, Max, and Rob made an excellent job fitting new carpet tiles and stairs carpets to our block of flats. An excellent job ! They were very quick and efficient, friendly and personable, and cleared-up after them. Highly recommended.

Cherry carpets provided a quote and then we visited their showroom to decide on the particular option we preferred. They were friendly and efficient in their dealings with us. A date and time was arranged for fitting and Matt arrived at the appointed time. He carried out the work diligently and meticulously with attention to detail and care in the laying out. The work was completed to programme and our kitchen was left clean and tidy by Matt. This is the second time we have appointed Cherry Carpets and would have no hesitation in using them again and would highly recommend them.

Never used you before so a little apprehensive but have to say very pleased with work The workers were Kerry and Mark they also had to do the sawing in doors so there was dust in the hallway but they swept it all up also wiped down stairs so good on them Well done

Cherry Carpets laid carpet in our hall, stairs and upper landings and laid hard flooring in our dining room. The work was done very well with a very personable and professional service from all those who dealt with us. Terry and his colleagues provide excellent customer service.
