We’ve had the best experience with Cherry Carpets. We received quotes and advice from several companies - Cherry Carpets’ was by far the most professional, and really inspired our trust. Their quote was quite a bit higher than other companies, but it was clear that the cost would reflect their quality of work and materials used. We had carpets replaced on one floor & all stairs, and laminate installed on another floor – both look and feel absolutely amazing. Will, the measurer, gave us great guidance and suggestions. Toby’s management and advice were crystal clear and always prompt. The fitters were simply outstanding. When a couple of doors did not properly fit back in the frames, the boss, Terry, personally spent hours making good. The entire Cherry Carpets team are consummate professionals, and have our highest recommendation!

We recently had Cherry Carpets fit carpet in our small downstairs office and in the hall and landing. On both occasions, they were able to schedule us in slightly earlier than first planned, which was much appreciated. The team was professional, tidy, very polite, and pleasant to have around. They worked efficiently and finished sooner than expected. We’re thrilled with the result. After using them twice, we highly recommend them. Five stars.

Called Cherry carpets to do a carpet refit after bedroom renovations in 2 bedrooms. Although this is not a service they normally offered they accommodated our request. Anthony came and refitted them, so helpful, friendly and professional. Was concerned as they had been pulled around by workmen. They look as good as new, very happy customer!

I have found Cherry carpets overall service to be of a very high standard from first contact with Toby to the fitting of the carpets and the flooring. The fitters were efficient and cleaned up after all work undertaken. I am very happy with everything and the price was very good too.

Very pleased with Cherry Carpets Service. Looked at samples at home and followed advice given. Fitter arrived on time, worked hard and completed the job efficiently. Floor looks lovely and area left clean and clear.

An excellent company. We took several months to choose our kitchen floor and were provided with thorough and patient help in choosing the right floor, loaning of samples and including excellent recommendations for workmen. One came and repaired our suspended timber floor. Another moved 4 appliances before and after the fitting. The final fitting of 3 days was made to an excellent standard. From start to finish I always had the confidence that everything would be well taken care of and at a competitive price which proved to be totally correct.

I am delighted to have found a family run carpet company that provides excellent service from start to finish. The whole experience felt 1 on 1 and the amount of detailed information and explanation was so helpful. Communication was excellent from start to finish and we are very happy with the end result. Excellent service from Toby and Matt and the rest of the Cherry Carpets team. Very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating - especially with providing multiple quotes for our change of heart on carpet/colours, and then kindly storing our order whilst we dealt with ongoing issues with water damage that delayed our fitting date by several months. Friendly, reliable service that came in on budget and resulted in gorgeous stair carpets that are perfectly laid. Matt even trimmed our leftover offcut to make it easier to store, and advised that we could use this in the case of any future damage to a stair. Very happy with the outcome - many thanks.

I recently moved and needed to replace a carpet in one of the bedrooms. Originally, I checked both Cherry carpets and the competition across the road - Cherry was closed on the day, so I had someone go in on my behalf. That was the right decision. The gentlemen that booked to come view the room, and who I followed up with after to the end (Toby), was very polite and helpful in choice making, did not attempt to up-sell me on anything - even though I had the things I wanted picked out prior. Quoted the price and called to confirm down the line, both times being very favourable and under what I had initially expected. Once booked in, I had to make some adjustments to the timeline. They were very willing and understanding, and worked around my schedule entirely. The people who came to do the actual work were also very friendly and prompt, cleaned up after themselves and left the room looking amazing. I highly recommend anyone to use Cherry Carpets, and going forward, if I need work done elsewhere, they will be who I choose.
