Cherry carpets were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Communication was excellent, firstly with Jordan and then Dan, and it was no problem for them to delay the installation until after our re decoration was finished. We had a new carpet in the bedroom, landing and on the stairs. Closer to the installation date they called and were able to bring the date forward by 5 days, which worked out very well for us. The quality of the underlay and carpet is outstanding, and the installer was friendly, professional, and tidied up brilliantly before leaving. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who wants new carpets :)

We were extremely happy with the service we received from Cherry Carpets from start to finish. Helpful in showroom, offering detailed product information to make choices easier, accessible on the phone to answer any queries and an excellent fitting service with polite, careful fitters leaving everything clean and tidy. So pleased with our beautiful carpet which Cherry Carpets Ltd laid in our new loft bedroom. The team were very patient with us as we found it difficult to decide on the type & colour of the carpet we wanted. The team arrived on time to quote and then lay the carpet - they were very efficient and communication with us during the whole process was excellent. Matt (Carpet Layer) Who did an excellent job laying the carpet and very carefully trimming the bottom of the bedroom door to just clear the height of the carpet. Dan (Sales/Office) Who was very helpful on more than several occasions when we called for additional advice, and for coordinating/arranging delivery and fitting times etc. A final thank you to Terry and all of his team at Cherry Carpets for a very professional service. We will definitely be using their services again.

Needed a bedroom carpet laid and was concerned about furniture removal difficulties but Cherry Carpets assured us this wouldn’t be a problem. Their friendly fitters arrived and removed remaining furniture and siting our bed so that the old carpet could be removed. Everything was done underlay fitted, carpet laid and door expertly shaved to ensure perfect fit. They replaced furniture they had removed and left everything tidy taking away all the old carpet. This is the second time we have used Cherry Carpets and would highly recommend them to anyone wanting new flooring and a friendly, efficient and knowledgeable firm.

My wife and I are delighted that Cherry Carpets have completed our order to a very high standard and on time. Really impressed with this company. I used them based on the good experience of someone else. A good range of floor covering at a fair price but I must highlight the work of the fitters, which is excellent and their customer service is the best. They recommended a good quality, family and pet proof carpet to me and I can testify that the carpet looks great and is performing well. Their attention to detail during my carpet fitting was a joy to see, they tidied up after themselves and removed all the waste, including the old carpet (such a relief). I asked them to come back and investigate a minor issue, turned out it was nothing to do with them but they fixed it for me anyway. They really do care about their customer experience and I'm so glad I've used them. 10 out of 10 from me. Would not hesitate to recommend them.
