Paul and his team have just completed a single story extension for us and they have created the perfect family space, an open plan dining, kitchen and lounge area with a separate utility and wc. All of the staff were excellent and we always felt comfortable leaving them in our home. They were always polite and friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were still able to cook and wash clothes which is not easy during major building work. The work is finished to the highest of standards and our expectations have been exceeded in every area. The build was started and finished on schedule. Costs were clear so it was easy to keep track of cash flow and make a quick decision whether to upgrade certain aspects or not. Should I need any more work doing I wouldn’t hesitate to give Paul a ring. Well Done !!!

Cheshire Building & Joinery have recently completed our first floor side extension, which has given us an extra bedroom. Not only was there a lot to do externally, but they also reconfigured all of the upstairs layout as well, giving us a bigger bathroom (which they fitted), new landing space etc. and we are absolutely delighted with the results! Paul and his team have done a fantastic job and we cannot thank them enough. It was a pleasure having the team here. They always arrived on time, were professional throughout and have completed the job to an excellent standard – better than we could have imagined in fact! We cannot recommend them highly enough. We’ll definitely be using them again for any future work.

This is the 2nd time I have used Cheshire Building and Joinery LTD, the first time for a side extension and then for a loft conversion and I must say they have been brilliant every time. Their work ethic, attention to detail, problem solving, reliability and quality are all outstanding. We couldn't be happier.. I would have no problem recommending them to anyone for their future projects, in fact 2 of our neighbours have used them since and have been equally impressed. 10/10

We couldn’t be happier with the work that was carried out on our property. Cheshire building and joinery built us a new front porch. We hoped to match in to the original house the best we could. The job exceeded our expectations, the bricks, mortar, stone cills and lintels are matched perfectly. It is impossible to tell it’s an addition. We would recommend Cheshire building and joinery 100%
