Awful, avoid. These people are absolute amateurs who do not care about your treasured possessions. They packed without any care at all, and so many items were damaged. Toothbrushes packed with a toilet brush. Clothes packed with a bottle of bleach that inevitably leaked and ruined clothes. Washing powder not sealed so it leaked everywhere. All of our furniture was dented, bashed and scratched. Items went missing and were never recovered. We ended up with another person's box, and when we returned it, it was thrown in the bin, with no attempt to reunite it with its owner. We were late leaving the house that we should have vacated at midday because of a total lack of organisation. We paid for a full packing service and ended up doing most of it ourselves as they were so hopeless. We paid over £5,500 for our move and storage and ended up getting a £1,250 refund because of the damaged and missing items and poor service, but that did not even come close to righting the situation. It was a huge mistake to hire these people, and I would recommend to anybody to avoid them like the plague

Things go wrong for many reasons, what is important is how they are dealt with. We had a large move and it didn't go to plan. The crew were working on 3 of the hottest days of the year on our large removal, they were under staffed and filled the gaps with inexperienced hands. On the last day just 2 people were left to finish off. The main man on the 3 days worked so hard but we have damaged items, trivial items in part but also delicate pieces of art work which were not packed properly. We received a visit from a company representative and we were given scant compensation for the damaged items. This type of after sales was poor and leaves me regretting our choice of company, they hadn't been the cheapest quote but seemed more professional. They weren't I should have gone elsewhere .
