He was very clear about what work he would do, how much it would cost and how long it would take. We agreed a date for the work and he was very prompt - turned up on time and completed the work to a high standard within the time frame he gave. Chris moved mountains to assist me regaining security and peace of mind within my own home following a very unpleasant incident. From the point of contact until completing the job Chris took the time and effort to discuss all options available. He gave honest and balanced advise that was tailored to my needs in the most effective way, all of my questions and concerns addressed. An intruder alarm and CCTV system was installed to meet my requirements. The work was completed to a very high standard with excellent communication and customer service throughout. Following installation I was given comprehensive advice and instruction on operating the systems installed alongside excellent advice on aftercare. Payment was completed by transfer and invoices were all sent via email. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone seeking security solutions.

When moving into my new home I wanted an intruder alarm fitting ASAP. Chris came to visit on time and was friendly and professional. His quote was also very competitive. Chris and his lads have installed a CCTV system and a magnetic/shock alarm system at our house today. The work was done on schedule and budget. I was impressed with Chris when he first came round to quote - he helped us arrive at a security solution that feels absolutely right for us. I contacted Woodward Security and Chris responded to me swiftly and agreed an appropriate time to offer an onsite quote. He turned up on time and explained all the CCTV options carefully and clearly. There were no pushy sales techniques, just clear information to help me make an informed decision. He emailed me his final quote a couple of hours later. We booked him straight away and he managed to fit our job in the following week. Chris arrived on time and explained exactly what he was going to do and advised which camera position would be best. He completed the job to a high standard and was even able to do me a couple of other little jobs before leaving; by removing some old ariel cables that were no longer needed. The team were clean, tidy and professional. I will be using Woodward security again when I upgrade my alarm system.

Chris and colleague came to install a new alarm for us. From initial quotation through to installation, the communication was great and the whole process was dealt with very professionally. Due to levels of Covid locally we asked to postpone installation date and Chris was understanding about this and we rescheduled an implementation date to suit.
