Visited our home to discuss various options for our alarm system, arrived at agreed time, installation was carried out in a professional manner and the team where great people.

A neighbour suggested we speak with Chris and I was very impressed with his approach. No hard sell. Very approachable. Very knowledgeable. Quotations were received very promptly and it was very easy to reach Chris and discuss further. It’s also neat having strong office support - there is an Administration Manager so everything runs smoothly. The installation team was very professional, very easy to talk to and they clearly wanted to make sure I was 100% happy before they left. Great customer service. Great product. Highly recommended.

Following a recommendation from a neighbour Chris Woodward quoted for a CCTV system for my home. I thought the quote reasonable and Chris, Louie and George installed a 4 camera Hikvision CCTV system at my home. All were friendly, professional and efficient and the system was up and running on the same day - working in darkness and rain to get it done! A couple of glitches were sorted out without quibbles and Chris replied to email queries about system operation very quickly. I would recommend unreservedly.

Having been let down by two local Security Firms, I turned to Woodward Security and I am so pleased I did. Chris and his team were on time at appointments, talked me through the various options which adjusted to the budget I wanted. On the day of installation they worked, quickly, efficiently and with great consideration around our Home which was much appreciated. On putting up the cameras they then installed the computer/phone apps to the CCTV so we could view and explained how to use these so in half a day we were up and running which was really great.
