Chris was fantastic from my first contact and was very prompt in coming to see me about our requirements. Chris was very knowledgeable and gave me a thorough review of my security and was never pushy in any way and I received my quotation the same day. Chris and his team arrived on-time and nothing was too much trouble and they treated my home with the upmost respect and cleaned everywhere before they left. Louis and George took their time and showed me how everything worked and to say I am more than pleased with the installation is an understatement. A neighbour suggested we speak with Chris and I was very impressed with his approach. No hard sell. Very approachable. Very knowledgeable. Quotations were received very promptly and it was very easy to reach Chris and discuss further. It’s also neat having strong office support - there is an Administration Manager so everything runs smoothly. The installation team was very professional, very easy to talk to and they clearly wanted to make sure I was 100% happy before they left. Great customer service. Great product. Highly recommended.

Following a recommendation from a neighbour Chris Woodward quoted for a CCTV system for my home. I thought the quote reasonable and Chris, Louie and George installed a 4 camera Hikvision CCTV system at my home. All were friendly, professional and efficient and the system was up and running on the same day - working in darkness and rain to get it done! A couple of glitches were sorted out without quibbles and Chris replied to email queries about system operation very quickly. I would recommend unreservedly.
