Installation of Home security system. Chris provided an excellent service from his initial consultation visit through to installation. He took time during his visit to explain the different products available ensuring that our final choice met exactly without requirements. On the day of installation Chris was both prompt and efficient and also ensured at the end of the installation we were able to operate the system correctly, understanding each of the features. All in all, we would highly recommend the products installed and the service provided by Chris.?

I had Swann CCTV fitted to my bungalow with 4 Security Camera's. Chris was prompt, professional and courteous, he fitted the camera's and set the whole Recording Machine up on the TV screen for me. He cleaned up after he had finished and made sure everything worked well before leaving. He contacted me some days later via text to check that all was well.

I contacted Woodward Security just before I was due to go on holiday. Chris came out at short notice and fixed the fault. Whilst at my home, I asked him to carryout more work, installing window and door sensors, a new siren box on the outside of the house, move a sensor to a different room, all on my return from holiday. A quote was immediately prepared and agreed and a date fixed for the work to be carried out. He arrived on time, on the day agreed and completed the work in 2 hours. He set up the system and checked for faults. Very pleased with the outcome.
