Woodward Security

Having been let down by previously recomended alarm companies who either didn't turn up to quote, or who did quote but never turned up to do the work, we found Woodward Security on this site and based on the many great reviews decided to book a quote. Chris was prompt with his reply, agreed a date/time to suit and after assessment quickly recomended the best options for our property which needed an old, broken system completely replacing plus sensor reconfiguration following an internal refurb. We found Chris to be extremely knowledgable and friendly so booked Woodward Security to undertake the work. We then had to change the booking due other contractors, and Chris was very understanding and agreed to amend the installation date without fuss. On the day of the work Chris explained what he was going to do, checked noise levels were ok as I was working from home at the time, and was polite, courteous and professional throughout. He went through the full system and set up, including the mobile app and went through everyrhing in detail. Once finished he then tidied up and left no mess at the property, which was great. All in all we found Chris to be knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and tidy. Pricing was reasonable and we do feel like we got real value for money, which is all you want as a customer. If you need a new alarm system or are due an upgrade then Woodward Security is a fantastic choice.

Chris was quick to respond to my queries. He kept the appointment times which we arranged for estimation and fitting and kept me in the loop with developments. The fitting was neat, tidy and quick. I would recommend him to anyone looking to upgrade their intruder and front door security.

Having used Chris in the past it was a no brainer that we would contract him to install a new alarm system at our business premises and he proved again how reliable and professional he is, cannot recommend him enough.

Chris was efficient with communication, explained options very thoroughly, immediately likable and gave reassurance he was the one to be trusted to do our work. From the timing of the first visit, to installation, the whole process was simple. There were no hard sells, just realistic advice on the best products for us. Invoicing and payments/ receipts very straight forward. The installation was carried out efficiently, everything he promised he kept his word on and what we had expected he delivered, what more can you wish for, to meet a workman you can trust, feel had done a great job (and is handy with a hoover to clean up after himself !)

We engaged Chris to install and supply a new alarm system and CCTV for our home. From the beginning he proved to be a friendly, chatty and approachable chap but he certainly knows his business. We were very impressed by his knowledge, guidance and presentation of his work. We have just had an alarm system fitted by Chris from Woodward Security, and I cannot recommend him enough. Chris is a professional, friendly and punctual individual. He made a bit of a mess with drilling through walls etc, but completely cleaned up after himself, hoovering up and cleaning the areas he was working. 100% recommend this guy for getting your new security alarm fitted! He was very clear about what work he would do, how much it would cost and how long it would take. Chris and his lads have installed a CCTV system and a magnetic/shock alarm system at our house today. The work was done on schedule and budget. I was impressed with Chris when he first came round to quote - he helped us arrive at a security solution that feels absolutely right for us. He was open and honest about the pros and cons of various options. He even deactivated our (broken) existing alarm system for us! His two lads, Louis and George, were fantastic today. Impossibly polite, hard-working, helpful and considerate. I cannot praise or recommend them highly enough.

Chris and colleague came to install a new alarm for us. From initial quotation through to installation, the communication was great and the whole process was dealt with very professionally. Due to levels of Covid locally we asked to postpone installation date and Chris was understanding about this and we rescheduled an implementation date to suit. Following a recommendation from a neighbour Chris Woodward quoted for a CCTV system for my home. I thought the quote reasonable and Chris, Louie and George installed a 4 camera Hikvision CCTV system at my home. All were friendly, professional and efficient and the system was up and running on the same day - working in darkness and rain to get it done! A couple of glitches were sorted out without quibbles and Chris replied to email queries about system operation very quickly. I would recommend unreservedly.
