From the point of contact until completing the job Chris took the time and effort to discuss all options available. He gave honest and balanced advise that was tailored to my needs in the most effective way, all of my questions and concerns addressed. An intruder alarm and CCTV system was installed to meet my requirements. The work was completed to a very high standard with excellent communication and customer service throughout. Following installation I was given comprehensive advice and instruction on operating the systems installed alongside excellent advice on aftercare. I contacted Woodward Security and Chris responded to me swiftly and agreed an appropriate time to offer an onsite quote. He turned up on time and explained all the CCTV options carefully and clearly. There were no pushy sales techniques, just clear information to help me make an informed decision. He emailed me his final quote a couple of hours later. We booked him straight away and he managed to fit our job in the following week. Chris arrived on time and explained exactly what he was going to do and advised which camera position would be best. He completed the job to a high standard and was even able to do me a couple of other little jobs before leaving; by removing some old ariel cables that were no longer needed. The team were clean, tidy and professional. I will be using Woodward security again when I upgrade my alarm system.

Chris serviced my wireless alarm system - a Visionic PowerMaster 30 (as his prices were extremely reasonable and from reading his positive reviews) and replaced all the appropriate batteries in to each sensor. He was extremely polite, friendly and helpful - talking through each part of the process. He also provided some really good advice. The great thing about the service was that Chris offered a 12 month warranty so that if anything went wrong, he would remedy it. A few months later, I began to experience problems with the alarm and it would no longer activate. I emailed Chris and within a few minutes, he responded, with the necessary steps in order to clear my alarm error reports and to finally be able to activate my alarm again. Had I called another alarm engineer, this would have cost me somewhere in the region of between £90-£100. Chris sorted this without charge - which I greatly appreciate. Chris is certainly an alarm engineer/specialist, who I would recommend without any reservation.

I did not know Chris prior to him fitting my CCTV systems and booked him on his good reviews and price. Chris arrived on time and is very professional, polite and friendly and works in a tidy manner. He listened to what I wanted and recommended the best system for my needs and explained the reasons why it meets my needs. He fitted 4 x high quality infrared CCTV cameras outside my home, running the cables through the loft area to the outside so there are no unsightly cables running around the outside walls. He also fitted wireless CCTV cameras inside my home and detached garage as well as a smoke detector and all are connected to the audible alarm box outside. The outside and inside cameras can all be accessed on my smartphone and give very clear images and I can zoom in on my smartphone or TV so I can always check what is happening and will also be notified of any problems as they occur. Everything has one year’s guarantee and after this period I can have a service of the alarm system and cameras, which includes the batteries being changed, at a very reasonable price. Chris travelled from Leicester to Nuneaton as distance is no problem. I recommend Woodward Security 100%.

Excellent company i cannot praise Woodward Security enough, they gave me a quote, a date for the work i wanted doing. They came on time and the work they done was very tidy, cleaned all up after completion and left with saying any problems do not hesitate to contact me. Having been let down by two local Security Firms, I turned to Woodward Security and I am so pleased I did. Chris and his team were on time at appointments, talked me through the various options which adjusted to the budget I wanted. On the day of installation they worked, quickly, efficiently and with great consideration around our Home which was much appreciated. On putting up the cameras they then installed the computer/phone apps to the CCTV so we could view and explained how to use these so in half a day we were up and running which was really great. I originally contacted Chris to provide me with a quote for CCTV and security system. The quotes were quickly provided and very detailed, and I didn't feel under pressure to make a decision. Chris promptly answered any questions I had and reassured me that there were no hidden costs that could arise on the day when it would be installed. Chris' colleague Louis attended on the day and was quick to get the job started. He was very professional and I've never seen such neat cable management! Even with the lack of plug sockets I currently have, Louis managed to overcome this hurdle quickly and was happy to explain the new technology to me.
