I found Chris through Facebook. Chris was very responsive to my emails and very patient when I lacked understanding. The price Chris quoted/charged was less than half of our other quote. Chris arrived on time, he is a very neat worker and tidied up after himself. He's a very pleasant young man and is dedicated to customer satisfaction.

I contacted Woodward Security just before I was due to go on holiday. Chris came out at short notice and fixed the fault. Whilst at my home, I asked him to carryout more work, installing window and door sensors, a new siren box on the outside of the house, move a sensor to a different room, all on my return from holiday. A quote was immediately prepared and agreed and a date fixed for the work to be carried out. He arrived on time, on the day agreed and completed the work in 2 hours. He set up the system and checked for faults. Very pleased with the outcome.

Chris fitted the CCTV and made a good job of the work, polite and professional man. He made good recommendations for the right CCTV at a reasonable price. Estimates and Invoices were promptly emailed. Work was completed to a high standard. I have arranged for him to fit more security inside the property. Very pleased with the work.

Chris did our installation on behalf of Future Link without any fuss and was most helpful in explaining how to operate it. I have since contacted him with questions and he has responded promptly with answers, even though he didn't actually provide the equipment!

During the quotation phase, there was full discussion on what was available and the best options to satisfy the requirements of a full CCTV system and full alarm system. There was no pushiness. On the agreed date, Chris was punctual, discussed the schedule for the day and set to with no fuss. After each system was installed he fully explained the system, sorted out downloads of the relevant Apps and how to use them. There is the inevitable dust when walls are drilled, but this was kept to an absolute minimum. Chris worked tidily and methodically providing a top quality job. He was so diligent that his coffee kept going cold! Excellent job done and I would highly recommend him.

Chris came and gave a quote for installing a burglar alarm. He went through his recommendations and answered all our questions he was even prepared to come back a second time to answer some extra questions we had. His quote was also competitive with others we had. Then on the day he came and carried out the installation. Chris was very helpful from the beginning. I had an idea what i needed but he was more than willing to come to my home for an initial consult. Really competitively priced, fantastic team willing to answer all your queries and questions on alarms and CCTV. Just had our house alarm installed and it's such a neat job they've done and we were really happy with the fact that they don't try and up sell and will tell you if you genuinely would need something within your home or not as they say security is not one size fits all. I also like the fact that they understand not everyones budget is the same and can do basic packages with the ability to add on products as and when suitable for customers. On top of all that the team are so lovely and approachable!
