Woodward Security. Chris and Louis have done an outstanding job installing a cctv camera system and full intruder alarm. Very professional, efficient, friendly, worked very diligently, even cleaned up and left no mess or rubbish whatsoever. We chose Woodward Security after having a number companies visit and quote, our decision to go with Chris was as a result of his knowledge, friendly "non pushy" approach, and how he "tailored" the system to our specific needs, in short he listened to what we wanted, where as others told us what they were going sell us! Chris also advised us on important aspects to consider not outlined by other companies, this gave us the confidence to give the order to Woodward Security First class ongoing communication and aftercare, we had a slight "niggle" with the system, a quick phone and Chris resoleved the problem over the phone in five minutes. Final price was exactly as previously quoted no "hidden extras." I would have no hesitation in recommending "Woodward Security" as being the "go too" company for your security requirements. Chris was friendly and confident in the knowledge of his product, his price was competitive and he was happy to answer any questions asked at the time and follow up emails. Chris quoted the job due to Covid and my personnel limitations. turn up on the day and on time, which is a bonus. Completed installation and having witnessed am I so glad I did not attempt privately. Did they do a good installation? Well without going into detail the answer is simple yes. They knew I wanted a professional installation and that is what was delivered and with some difficulty but they did not give up. Better still the professional support in setting up the app and going through it in detail was in my case most appreciated. Would I have them back again? Well yes without question. Do they install and walk away? Well I can't answer that but if anything I can say is up to now is from start to finish I am very much impressed and very happy with the service to date, all that was promised was delivered and what more can I ask for and based on this if support or advice is needed and do not doubt Chis or his team will be there to help. We dealt with Chris the proprietor and he was very prompt with attending to give us a quote and then booking the job in and completing the work. Very fair price for the work completed in comparison to what other companies wanted to charge and feel like we have received a real personal and professional service from someone who is obviously very good at what they do. The price quoted for ongoing maintenance on an annual basis is also very reasonable compared with what we have paid previously at our old premises and having also used the company for home CCTV I would not hesitate to recommend.

Chris is a great bloke who helps you to understand what equipment you would need to do the job. There was no pressure during the sale for extra equipment we wouldn’t need, this continued through to going ahead with the job once quoted. Chris did an excellent job during the install and the cctv looks fantastic. High quality camera as promised. Would recommend 100% and already have.

Woodward Security came out in a prompt fashion, did a survey following up on my loose requirements and limitations with the old property. They recommended a couple of solutions, came back in a short time period to fit the system, which was done patiently and professionally. Tidy install, took the time to go over the product, operating it, very pleasant to talk to, no pressure sales or tactics, very straightforward process.

Having suffered a break in, I needed to organise a home security system to help dissuade and protect my home. I did contact local firms but as a result of the reviews on this site I decided to contact Chris, even though he wasn’t as local. Regardless of that fact, he was the first person I saw and spent more time listening to my needs and concerns to define exactly what I needed. As I result even though the eventual quote was higher than the local firms (it was more sophisticated than the other proposals) I was much happier with the system being provided, and he was able to install it very quickly, on a day/time that worked best for me. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his firm to someone looking for similar assistance.

From the initial contact to the final installation, Chris and his team have been excellent. The admin team were highly efficient at the first point of contact and made an appointment at a time to suit us. Chris is very approachable and knowledgeable, and discussed options with us to suit our requirements and budget without being pushy. He answered every question we had and any follow up questions were answered equally quickly. The installation team are very friendly, and the work has been carried out to a very high standard with absolutely minimal disruption. They ensured everything was carefully done and the finished product looks great... there is no evidence of cabling which was important to us, it's a really tidy and neat job. Chris even helped tweak our cameras remotely when we decided we wanted them in slightly different viewing positions and nothing is ever too much trouble. It's reassuring to use a company who have such high standards of customer care even when the job is completed. We would have no hesitation in 100% recommending Woodward Security.

We used Woodward Security to replace the alarm and install CCTV in our doctors surgery. The service was first class especially as they had to fit around patients. Communication was excellent and the lads on site were fantastic. I would 100% recommend them.

Chris arrived early and from the start I didn't need to do anything but watch these two professional workmen go through all the installation with no fuss and bother. Very neat and tidy.
