After looking for an alarm fitting quote, I got in touch with Woodward Security (after scouring reviews of varying companies), whereby Chris was in touch, talking through potential options that suit our requirements. Their engineers were punctual, professional, and fit of the equipment was very well done (can't see any cabling). Very pleased, they're a First class team! I'd highly recommend them!

Chris and his team did a fantastic job fitting my alarm system and cctv recently. Chris was very knowledgeable, he helped me choose the best cameras for what I needed and went above and beyond to help. Chris took over an existing alarm system, sorted out all the old issues and replaced the central unit. This was followed by an upgrade to our CCTV system and subsequent App set up and tuition. From the initial contact to the final installation, Chris and his team have been excellent. The admin team were highly efficient at the first point of contact and made an appointment at a time to suit us. Chris is very approachable and knowledgeable, and discussed options with us to suit our requirements and budget without being pushy. He answered every question we had and any follow up questions were answered equally quickly. The installation team are very friendly, and the work has been carried out to a very high standard with absolutely minimal disruption. They ensured everything was carefully done and the finished product looks great... there is no evidence of cabling which was important to us, it's a really tidy and neat job. Chris even helped tweak our cameras remotely when we decided we wanted them in slightly different viewing positions and nothing is ever too much trouble. It's reassuring to use a company who have such high standards of customer care even when the job is completed. We would have no hesitation in 100% recommending Woodward Security.

We used Woodward Security to replace the alarm and install CCTV in our doctors surgery. The service was first class especially as they had to fit around patients. Communication was excellent and the lads on site were fantastic. I would 100% recommend them.

After receiving a couple of outlandish quotes from other firms I came across Chris Woodward. He listened to our requirements, quoted a reasonable price. He scheduled the work to be done before our holiday, arrived on time, did the job without a fuss, cleaned up after himself. In addition to the alarm system, he fitted an outside light. Totally satisfied with his prices and 1st class work.

Chris fitted an alarm and cameras to our house and we have nothing but praise for him and for the quality of the work he carried out. He was quick to respond to our initial enquiry and to quote and complete the installation. Chris provided a quote within days of my request. I had to delay work due to delays in moving into my new house but he refused to take any money from me until he had completed all work. He has now completed it in one day rather than two (considerately staying late to get done as I have my first night in the house tonight so he wanted me to feel safe). Chris swapped out my ageing CCTV system and was kind enough to return a few times to adjust camera settings and cabling to accommodate night time image quality issues. Cameras have a good quality image and the system has been reliable so far. Both installers wore shoe covers in doors and face masks too. Also serviced my house alarm.

Chris came out initially for a site survey, and his recommendations were straightforward without attempting to install unnecessary equipment. Excellent communication throughout. Work was carried out to the agreed spec and schedule without a hitch, very clean and tidy, no cables visible indoors. He oversaw the installation of the support phone app, and all explanations were clear and concise, and we are both delighted with the outcome. Couldn't ask for more.

Woodward Security were one of the first companies to respond to my request to provide a quote to replace my existing faulty intruder alarm system. Chris arrived at the agreed time and proved to be very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about his product and explained how technology had moved on compared with our existing equipment. Subsequent quotes I received demonstrated that his costs were also very competitive and as such he secured our order . The installation went without hitch and Chris proved to be both patient and methodical in his install and demonstration. We are very pleased with the system and I have recommended him to my sister.

On the day of installation Chris and his team did a great job installing the kit and I'm really happy with the security system I now have.

Chris fitted a house alarm earlier in the year and did a great job so when I wanted CCTV installing I went back to him again. We have had two cameras installed, the picture is amazing and in colour with sound, just what I wanted. No hassle or mess with the installation and invoice sent through with bank transfer payment.
