Christian had done a wonderful job on my downstairs cloakroom earlier this year so when I wanted to refurbish my main bathroom he was an obvious choice to approach. Christian is efficient and immensely considerate; he took great care of every aspect of the bathroom refurbishment and, more generally, of all the areas of my home he had to access to get the work done. In the course of the work Christian ensured there was communication at each step and made suggestions as to some elements I hadn't considered before; the job was completed on time and on budget. Building work inside the home is always disruptive but Christian ensured the job was undertaken in a way as near to stress-free as it could possibly have been. The finished bathroom is excellent both functionally and in appearance.

Work requested. Remove Shower enclosure, replace shower tray and replace screens. I arranged all the above via email as I was concerned about a crack in the old tray and wanted a replacement asap. Christian always replied the same day and provided a thoroughly explained work schedule and quote. Recommended a decent shower tray to avoid the rubbish one installed 2 years ago. (should have gone to which trusted traders then) Christian's quote reflected what I had specified. Other quotes went above and beyond what I wanted, and reflected that in the price. Arrived on the date and time agreed. Clean, tidy and thorough in his work. Honest final invoice. Adjusted downward from original quote. No negatives at all.

Our partial kitchen refurbishment was undertaken professionally and to a good standard with excellent and clear communication throughout (often a weak point with trades). Christian provided useful advice and prompt responses to questions, using his initiative and solving problems at all stages of the work. Will certainly recommend him to others.

Christian completely refurbished two bathrooms to a very high standard. One required significant problem solving on his part but he accomplished the work by drawing upon his many years of experience and by utilising a meticulous eye for detail. He guided us through the refurbs whilst keeping us informed at all times. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Christian fitted a new bathroom for us and also replaced all the doors and skirting in our flat. He was extremely professional and his attention to detail was superb. There were several issues along the way and he was always able to find a solution to get round them every time. The level of workmanship was very good and what I really liked about him was the fact he was always trying to keep the costs as low as possible for us. I would definitely recommend Christian and will use him again when we have our kitchen done.

At last we've found a good plumber. Christian was helpful in assessing what we needed and made sure we were happy with the cubicle we chose. His work was first class and fast. He was obliging and when we needed to stop the work for health reasons he was happy to wait until we were able to go forward. As well as plumbing skills he is capable of working with wood - he did a little carpentry for us as part of the finishing for the shower. Christian actually answers phone calls and emails - not something that tradesmen in our experience usually do. We would be happy to employ him again for any work required in the bathroom or kitchen. We were pleasantly surprised by the bill. His rates are very reasonable.

We count ourselves incredibly lucky to have found Christian, who is a rare gem among tradespeople. He is just as willing to come for a dripping tap as to fit a whole bathroom, and he charges very reasonable rates for his time. He communicates clearly, shows up when he says he will - these things shouldn't be special but they really, really are.

This is the second time we have used Christian to refit our Bathroom and Shower room and again faultless workmanship. Christian had to cope with putting right some faulty plumbing in our shower room but managed to overcome the difficulties. Highly recommend - conscientious, excellent quality of work and fairly priced.

Christian has done work for me several times over the past few years. He has fitted a utility room for me, repaired kitchen cupboards, refitted a shower and replaced bathroom tiles. Most recently he refitted some water damaged cupboards in my kitchen, he was incredibly helpful in suggesting what replacement bits of the cupboards I did and didn't need, which saved me quite a bit of money. He also repaired some broken tiles in my shower room and fitted a new shower basket. His work has always been of an excellent standard, completed on schedule and on budget.
