After talking to a number of removers, what a relief to find Paul. I moved from a 5th floor flat in London to Birmingham and he made it easy and stress free. He's practical and helpful and answered all my questions quickly. Good value too.

I recently used Paul and his team to move home. The care and hard work the team undertook was absolutely amazing. They are so professional in what they do and I would highly recommend them. Thank you again guys.

In the past 8 years we have used CJS on three occasions. The last being just two days ago. Paul is an absolute pleasure to deal with and responds to email requests quickly. The guys and girls that came to carry out the move were very friendly, very careful and considerate and just cracked on with the job at hand. I had some friends come along just to be on hand and they were all mightily impressed with the service that we received from CJS and the speed in which they carried out the move. I would not hesitate to use them again and would thoroughly recommend their services to anyone looking to move house. They really help take the stress out of this process

Very impressed with Paul and all the team at CJS. They arrived early, packed up our house in record time with an excellent thorough inventory. Stored everything in their deep storage for 18 months, and then organised full shipping of everything to our new home in Texas, USA. Now that we're fully unloaded and unpacked, we can see the amazing level of detail that the team packed our stuff. Everything was individually wrapped, no box was over-filled or too heavy. Really high quality. Very fair pricing. Not the cheapest, but certainly not the most expensive. I'd definitely use again, and highly recommend.

We thank CJS Removals for a great service. Paul was very helpful and supportive and he always called back immediately. The quote was very reasonable and once paid, the boxes and packing materials were all supplied as requested. On the moving day a large team came to get the job done with 3 trucks. The team were all very polite and helpful, they asked where we want everything to be put. This is the 2nd time I have used CJS removals and I would recommend them to anyone that wants a professional company to get you moved on time.

Paul and his team managed our house move last month. They were excellent in every respect. They reduced the anxiety and uncertainty of the move days by being timely, efficient, careful, and did everything with attention to detail and good humour. We moved over three days due to the distance involved. Nothing was too much trouble for Paul or his team. When they had finished the move we were sad to see them go.

CJS Removals are not the cheapest - if you want cheap and broken then you can get lucky but you do get what you pay for. With CJS we had an all-in experience. Our move was personally traumatic so we needed to take moving stress out of the equation. We had been recommended a number of (I am sure) removal companies but I went onto the BAR website and asked CJS and 5 others to quote for the job. CJS was the only company that came into the house and actually "looked" at what was to be moved, took time to understand why we were moving and what the whole thing meant to us. CJS were the only ones to come back with what I would consider as being a transparent quote with no hidden extras; we understood what we were getting, what we needed and what we could expect. On the day, everything was packed with real care and attention. Being kosher and having a lot of different sets of crockery, utensils and cutlery, the team took care to make sure everything was packed and labelled correctly - they asked every time so that they did not offend in any way. They then took everything up to Wellingborough, helped us to unpack and then left with no muddy carpets or damaged floors. In all not a single item was broken on the way - and we had a problem with the sofa and Paul found us a fix too. I would not hesitate in recommending CJS in the future.

We first used CJS back in 1997 when we moved from Harrow to Watford. This time we were planning a move from Watford to Darlington. Having had some extortionate quotes, we went back to CJS. I am so glad we did. Paul came and gave us a quote which was much more reasonable this included packing up my workshop which took three days. The team were brilliant, nothing was a problem for them. Due to issues with the house purchase our property had to go into storage for a few months, this was not a problem for Paul and his team, and when we eventually moved in Paul and the team did it in a day. I would highly recommend CJS one of the best removal companies around.

We moved house when my father-in-law was gravely ill in hospital and Paul and his team were incredibly helpful and reassuring leaving my husband free to go and visit his father. We completed late but the guys were endlessly patient and helpful and even took our sofa into storage when it was too big to go in through the door! I can’t praise these guys enough for their professionalism, care and hard work. I would have no hesitation in recommending them nor in using them again.

Paul and his team at CJS have proven that they are an excellent removal company. The team of workers are punctual, polite and very hard-working, They work in a calm and methodical way, giving you the confidence that everything will be ok. They treat your property with the utmost care and ensures that they arrive at the final destination in perfect condition. In all, I would say that they are reliable, flexible, reasonably priced and provide exceptional service, I would highly recommend CJS as one of the best removal companies.

We used CJS 33 years ago when we last moved house and decided to go with them again and they were just as amazing all those years later! Everything was packed with great care including some expensive dining room furniture which was dismantled and reassembled with great care and attention. Their team worked so hard, were courteous and ensured that wach box was individually marked, which made unpacking so much easier. I would recommend them if you want peace of mind at a reasonable price!!

Paul & his team have provided us with first rate service during a particularly challenging time. Our aim was to sell our North London home and purchase a property in Hertfordshire, along with a flat/maisonette in the North West London area. Throughout the many twists, turns, pitfalls & pandemic related issues Paul was able to respond with patience, professionalism and practical suggestions. His staff were prompt, flexible and had that most important asset of a good sense of humour. We cannot recommend CJS highly enough.

Paul and CJS have a great reputation in the North London area for moving and it’s easy to see why. From initial contact to moving day,every is easy and well communicated. Paul knew exactly the amount of moving materials required and provided invaluable advice on packing etc. The office were very quick at correspondence and from contact to contract and payment the process was easy and clearly explained The moving team were fantastic and quickly made sense why using professional movers is the only way to go. Previously we moved ourselves but after using CJS, we are definitely converts. They were on site early and took control of everything, which meant we could focus on the task of arranging the new house. They completed a double move (including all packing) for us back last April (2019) from Watford, placed both homes into storage for nine months and eventually relocated us in North Yorkshire into our new home. I found all of the gentlemen who carried out my move to my new home to be very very careful with my belongings. Chris, Scott and Ben and another man who helped with the loading of the removal van were polite and genuine. They took great care not to damage anything, were on time to carry out the move and were respectful. I would totally recommend this company to anyone. Their quote was very reasonable and the journey to my new home was over 130 miles away. Nothing was too much trouble for these men. They reassembled items and carried things up and down stairs for me without hesitation. Nothing was broken or dirty upon arrival. This company is first class. Thank you very much.

Amazing service. Competitively priced quotation even against non-BAR registered competitors. Moved all our stuff with not even a single glass broken. Worked quickly and really friendly approach and dealt with all my “worry” questions which massively helped put my mind at rest. Collected boxes promptly afterwards and totally professional throughout. I will definitely use CJS for any future moves.

Highly recommend this company. We were very anxious about moving and CJS made the whole process very easy for us. We had last minute queries and Paul was able to return our calls out of hours and make necessary adjustments for us to fit our schedule which was fantastic. Communication was great with reception, they were always happy to answer questions, rearrange specifics for us, we had telephone reminders and after care was continued to high professional standards as it had done throughout (thank you Chloe). From Paul’s first visit to assess the job everything was straightforward. I moved after fifty years in the same house, not an easy thing to do but the whole team from Paul himself, Chloe and Sarah in the office and the boys who carried out the move were helpful, polite, careful and reassuring. CSJ recently helped us with 2 moves. Paul was overseeing the move and it all went very smoothly. The team were super efficient, friendly and reliable. We did get quotes from other movers but CSJ were both competitive in their pricing and also more professional. I have already ready recommended them to 2 other friends who are moving house!

I have no hesitation in highly recommending CJS. I used them for two moves, including packing up my whole property and storage of my possessions. The whole operation was great - from the removals team on the day to the office support. Nothing was too much trouble; they seamlessly managed changes with completion dates/timings, challenges with logistics and parking and were not only highly professional throughout, they were also thoughtful and considerate too, alleviating the stress from the moving process. Both of my moves went swiftly and without incident, all my possessions were well packed and handled with care. Flat-pack pieces were dismantled by the team and rebuilt by them at the new house. Furthermore, since the move Paul has gone above and beyond, returning at a later date to help reconfigure locations of some larger pieces of my furniture. CJS dealt with my move out of my previous property, storage in the meantime and then delivery to my new house. They were very easy to deal with and made the moving experience very smooth and painless :)
