When our home alarm system stopped working, we were keen to update our security. Following several unsuccessful enquiries, a neighbour recommended Class A Fire & Security. Following the initial quote, which was professional and answered all of our questions without a hard sell we set a date. David Abbott arrived as agreed. David was lovely and extremely helpful. He was polite, courteous and made sure he kept us in the loop regarding each stage of the work. When we had a problem installing the App, David stated that he wouldn't leave until it was sorted despite it being late in the day. I would definitely recommend this company, and particularly David who made us feel safe and secure. Nothing was too much trouble. Amazing service & company all around, thank you.

The organisation was recommended to me by a colleague who declared them as a "trusted trader". They were efficient, fair, and competitively priced, keeping us informed at all times. Dan and Jim were excellent workmen working well together, neat, tidy and a pleasure to have in our home. Tom who visited us initially to survey and quote was polite, open and listened to our needs, not pushy and allowed us time to make up our minds. A previous customer had recommended them to us and we have no hesitation in doing the same.

David and Jim were excellent throughout. They took great care to communicate with us, considering the best, yet also discreet positioning of equipment. They explained things well and were very tidy. Excellent all round! It’s good to see quality service and care as a priority these days!

After having several quotes to replace our "aged alarm system", we decided to accept Class A Alarms quotation. We felt very happy with the two gentlemen who came to give us the quote, and were not disappointed with the person who came to install it - Dan. He arrived promptly, checking with us if we preferred him to wear a mask, whilst inside the house, as a lot of the work was not. (it was also a very hot day)! He was very respectful of our property, very clean and tidy, and able to replace the keypad without cracking any tiles. He arrived promptly and after speaking with Jim for a few moments he instilled nothing but total confidence. I contacted Class A Alarms after struggling to get my current burglar alarm fixed for some time. They were quick to come out and review my current system and provided reassurance around how to manage my current alarm, until it could be sorted. They then provided advice on my options to repair or replace it, explaining the different options honestly and without pushing for one over another. After deciding to replace the system, they booked the work in for a convenient date and completed the work efficiently and effectively. They were also very patient after finishing the installation, and waited over half an hour without bothering me whilst I completed a work meeting (which I was doing over video conferencing). I had a couple of follow up questions afterwards and contacted the company via their messaging system, which I found simple to access via a link sent to me via SMS. Both questions were quickly explained to my satisfaction. The final price was as agreed and they were punctual on both visits, including messaging me when they were 30-40 minutes away from arriving.

Neil, Dave and Liam fitted an intruder alarm and 5 CCTV cameras. They were efficient, professional, polite and courteous. They consulted at every step and made sure we were happy before they left. They helped add CCTV software to Samsung phone, Iphone and IPAD as well as a Apple MAC. I would highly recommend them. Dan visited a couple of days later. He also had a great customer service attitude. They have been trading for over 30 years. Its great to see a local business thriving through great service and attitude.

Jim / Dan / Liam installed our intruder alarm and CCTV system in a professional, careful and considerate manner. Everything was cleaned up after the work and then stayed longer than expected ensuring all our 'Apps' were working and we understood how to use both systems.
