Very quick and efficient service. The men explained the procedure and worked together to do a good job. They gave drying time and what to expect etc. The job took 1 hour and they left the room clean and tidy afterwards. Both were polite and chatty and answered any questions. I would definitely recommend them.

Had stair carpet and large rug in sitting room cleaned. Appointment made quickly and easily with reasonable waiting time. Carpet cleaner arrived on time and was courteous and efficient. We had to organise an end of tenancy carpet cleaning for the rental property we were leaving. We also decided that our new house would benefit from having the carpets cleaned before we moved the majority of the furniture in. I called CleanFootprints after finding them through Google; the reviews spoke very highly of them so we got in touch with them. Glyn was incredibly helpful and friendly, offering great advice and a competitive price for cleaning the two houses. I received a call a few days prior to their visit as a confirmation; much appreciated when you're in the middle of a chaotic house move. The two gentlemen that came were very polite and helpful, and explained what would realistically be possible in each room. The carpets were very soiled from a busy household before us, so I wasn't expecting a huge improvement. The chaps worked very hard to clean the whole house and did an AMAZING job. The carpets looked almost new in most places, and the heavily soiled areas were barely noticeable in comparison. They also did a fantastic job of our end of tenancy house, which ended with us getting our full deposit back (a rarity in this day and age). I have never used professional carpet cleaners before but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend CleanFootprints to anyone. The service and quality of the workmanship is second to none. Their pricing is also fantastic and they have great offers available on their website.

I decided to use Clean Footprints after research and the Which recommendation. A speedy response to my enquiry followed and a date arranged. Very pleased with the service, from the initial introduction of the Agent to completion of the work carried out. I would use this service again and have no hesitation in recommending to any potential customer.

I arranged this carpet cleaning on behalf of my elderly father. I wasn't present at the time, but my Dad says they did a great job. I visited Dad the next day and the carpet look great. I would definitely recommend Clean Footprints, and use them again in the future.

The cleaner was called Mark and was very polite and courteous. He seemed a friendly character. My booking was for my hall stairs and landing to be cleaned. He explained to me about the process and proceeded to doing to job. He worked very hard and asked me to view the carpet when he had finished. I was pleased with the result but the carpet was still damp and hopefully it will look as just as good a job when it is dry. I would recommend this cleaner and the company.

My lounge and a bedroom carpet were cleaned, not an easy job as they were in a bit of a state and Glyn did an amazing job they now look like new. He arrived on time and invoiced what he had quoted me and was very polite and professional. I would definitely recommend him.

Wow, what can I say, my carpets look brand new again and my sofas have been bought back to life. I didn't expect them to look this good especially as I have a dog that loves mud and there is no way to shut him out of the room. Really really impressed. Glyn was punctual, friendly and very thorough...I will be getting him back to do the rest of my carpets before too long.

Contacted Glyn via his web site for a quote. He responded very promptly and we agreed he would do the work on 17/3/21. Glyn arrived on the appointed day at the time agreed and carried out the work quickly and efficiently. Two of the carpets were quite old but have been greatly improved by Glyn's cleaning. Very pleased with the end result and the cost was reasonable. Would be happy to recommend Glyn.

Glynn from clean footprint arrived early gave a very good explanation of the work he would be doing and an approximation of the drying times for the different items. I called this company after a google search and was pleasantly surprised by how helpful they were. I was quickly and easily able to get a quote and a date booked in to clean my upholstery which had been exposed to house renovations. They arrived on time, went through what would be done, and then got on with the job. I was able to continue working my job from home whilst the work was being done and was really pleased with the end result. The sofas look great and it was definitely worth it. I will be arranging for them to come back when the build is finished to do the rest of my upholstery, and have already recommended the company to a friend.
