I have been using Clifton Property Services for several years for the plumbing issues in my house. They are responsive, reliable and very keen to help. Comparing with other plumbers I had used, they tend to maintain the cleanness in the room, they have good knowledge on the technology of boilers and water tanks and most importantly they give a very clear report each time of visit. They are also very patient with difficult problems.

Sami and his team were absolute life savers. Our boiler and hot water broke down in the coldest week of 2023, with us having a newborn at home and family visiting. I was referred to Sami by the manufacturer, Worchester Bosch. Sami visited the next day and I at no point felt pressured into buying anything; in fact, Sami and his colleague spent 30 minutes fixing our old boiler (successfully so we had heating and hot water that night) without even charging us for that! Even though Sami fixed the boiler, I still decided that we needed a new one and Sami and his team came the next day (after responding to my emails up until 11pm on the day of the quote, explaining me the pros and cons of different boiler options, with a seriously impressive expertise in boilers!) and started installing the new boiler, updated our heating control and thermostat, and installed a Hive system. They worked until 7:30pm on a Friday to ensure that we have a warm and spotless house for the weekend, and came back on Monday to check everything one last time. The price we paid was very reasonable, compared to 3-4 quotes that I had obtained beforehand (also as Sami and his colleague were competent enough to install the flute without requiring scaffolding, which for some reason all the other installers said they would need (which would have been not only expensive but also an annoyance to our downstairs neighbours as we don't have access to the garden/don't own the flat downstairs). All in all, Sami and his team are the best tradesperson service I've ever received in London!

Sami's been coming to do gas/boiler/plumbing work for me since the start of 2021. Sami has fixed my ancient boiler multiple times, rerouted internal gas and water pipes that a previous installer had mixed up (very tricky job), installed a new boiler and gas central heating. Most recently - just before Christmas - Sami's team installed new external waste pipes (despite terrible weather) and fitted a new toilet and basin. I can't recommend Clifton Properties highly enough. They provide detailed quotes, they're courteous, patient and reliable. Communication is excellent - when Sami encounters any unexpected challenges and problems along the way, he explains the problem, we discuss it and he always come up with a good, practical solution. Sami takes pride in his work, as well he should.

Mr Knani attended to repair a leaking pipe behind my washing machine. He cut a section out of the very old pipe, and inserted a new section of copper pipe fitted with stopcock. Mr Knani was very polite and highly skilled. He came out almost immediately when I described the problem.

Clifton repaired our boiler. They were easy to work with and gave a good quote. Would use them again.
