CLS roofing is a family run business, providing expert roofing services for industrial, commercial and domestic customers.

Based in Bishops Stortford we operate in Hertfodshire, Essex and the Home Counties.

Our team of trained craftsmen ensure the highest quality and workmanship in all the services we offer.

We are members of the National Federation of Roofing Contractors (NFRC) and we specialise in all areas of roof works.

We also provide a full service from Installation to Maintenance and Repairs, including Roof and Gutter maintenance which can give significant savings over the long term.

In Emergencies we can be on hand to make sure your roof is watertight as quickly as possible.

CLS Roofing were polite and courteous, giving updates when needed and explaining what would be happening on a regular basis. I had a new roof put on and couldn't believe how quickly it happened and with such little fuss. Would highly recommend Cory and his team.

CLS Roofing gave excellent feedback on state of flat roof - they did not push or pull the wool over your eyes. Roof was fine, however, I decided a 20 yr. old flat roof needs updating before damage happens. They attended the job and were efficient, friendly & professionally executed.

Unimpressed with customer service
I am in the process of buying a house and attempted to obtain a quote for work on the property. Note: I am buying the house not thinking of buying a house. Not only was I informed that the quote would cost money (£175) albeit refundable if the work was done, the person on the phone wouldn’t listen when I said that I didn’t want a full report produced on the house, just a quote for work that a surveyor had already recommended. The manner of the person on the phone was abrupt and I was bluntly told that CLS Roofing was not the company for me. I am deeply unimpressed.

Thank you for your review, unfortunately as explained on the phone if your surveyor has identified possible issues with the roof of the house you are looking to purchase we can come to the house and provide you with a full written roof inspection quote for the use in the negotiations of your house purchase. There is a charge for this as we as a company have to come to site, gain access and then write a full report of the issues that have been identified and then quantify them for you to use in your house purchase negotiations. I’m sorry if you feel that this should be provided free of charge to you but we as a company have many customers who have used this service from us and have come back after purchasing the house and used our company to complete any works that are needed. As explained also we are happy to give advice and the fee that is charged is refundable against the works completed when you come to purchase the property.
