We had a 9.5kwh GivEnergy battery installed in May. Dan was very knowledgeable and answered many queries I had. He also fitted in perfectly with the building work we were having done. There was a problem with the battery which turned out was the battery supplier's fault (faulty PCB). During this time Dan did his utmost to sort this out. I was most impressed with his patience and determination to ensure I was happy. Everything got resolved satisfactory. What also impressed me was how all the administration was done. I did not realise how complicated it was, but the thoroughness by Nicky was incredible. It is important that the approval is gained, all the electrical installation paperwork is correct and extended guarantees are done in a timely manner. Overall the professionlism exhibited was exemplary and I would whole heartedly recommend Coldervolts.
