This is the second kitchen Colin has fitted for me, that's why I would highly recommend him and have done. Colin and Jay are great workers, he promised me a new kitchen before Xmas and that's exactly what I got. Colin is very efficient in his work and ran everything past me ensuring I understood what he was doing. He is so approachable and friendly and has great patience, nothing is too much bother for him. Totally trustworthy and not too bad a singer actually.

Since meeting Colin just two years ago he has helped us transform our tired old house into a home for our family. He has completed various works including a decorative fireplace, cabinetry, replacing windows, work on doors, flooring, a new banister and many other smaller jobs around the house. In spite of the disruption that comes with work on one's house, he and his apprentice Jay are a pleasure to have around and we trust them without question. Colin is a unfailingly reliable, very honest and surprisingly good value for the quality of his work. We cannot recommend him highly enough.

We used Colin when we needed alterations to our kitchen. He was so good we then used him to do lots of other joinery works around the house. Very reliable and trustworthy and workmanship is top quality. Also very tidy! Highly recommended. We have an old period house in Edinburgh and he did a great job of handling all the quirkiness of the house and matched the style perfectly.

Colin and his team were professional from start to finish. We received our quote and start date which was kept to and work started quickly. The weather was really bad but Colin and his team were outside and didn’t let that stop them. They worked efficiently and the end result was more than I expected! We can't recommend Colin strongly enough. He co-ordinated multiple tradesmen in installing our kitchen as well as undertaking the joinery himself, and additionally made and installed several bookcases in period style. His project management and communication with all concerned were excellent - he was timely, efficient, and unfailingly cheerful, even in the face of the sort of unexpected problems that can arise in an older house. Indeed we were very happy to leave him in charge while we went on a family holiday. There was complete clarity about billing at all stages. His own joinery was of notably high standard, and he showed a particularly good eye for detail, making several suggestions during the initial survey that ultimately greatly improved the result. Work was completed on time, and the work area was always left immaculately tidy. We would - in fact will - be delighted to use Colin again.

Excellent small piece of work carried out as agreed. Colin was polite, friendly, very efficient and fast. He left nothing to be cleaned up and answered a number of my queries both in connection with the work and several other queries relating to joinery. His costs were most reasonable. My wife and I have been most favourably impressed and would certainly go to him for any further joinery work and would also suggest him to any neighbours/ friends needing joinery work carried out
