Colourbank has been established in Leicester for almost 30 Years. We have served more customers in Leicestershire than any other carpet or flooring retailer and whilst we've only been supplying beds for 10 Years, our reputation speaks for itself.

Our Cavendish Road superstore is very well known, and has been the main showroom for many, many years. With more carpets and hard flooring on show than any other company in the Midlands, Colourbank has built a reputation for low prices, quick delivery and fitting, as well as customer service of the highest level. We are proud of our reputation and work hard to maintain it.

Great service from the salesman and the lady that helped with a query I had. The fitters were also very good and I am very happy with the fitted carpets we now have!

One carpet fitter was sent rather than two even after on quotation they could see there was a large wardrobe to be moved. They also failed to send someone to trim the door so a family member had to wait in for 3 hours for someone else. There were scuffs to paintwork so had to pay a painter decorator to come back as it had been recently painted. When I raised this issue my complaint was not taken seriously. Tony was incredibly rude and implied that I was lying about my experience

Jo, We're sorry you're unhappy. We do ask about moving furniture and would have sent a 2-man crew as a result. We would not wish to waste your time or our fitters time. Our fitters are strong, but not that strong! We do trim doors but it needs to be booked with us and is not automatically done, we have to send a carpenter for this. As for the paint; we would always repair or cover the costs associated with any claim we'd hate to see marks caused on skirting boards by our fitters. We are sorry for the inconvenience you've suffered, but we note that much of this could have been avoided at the point of order, by specifying the full work required. We also note that the 75% of the balance remains unpaid 3 weeks after fitting? Colourbank

We called colourbank to refit some carpets after major builders work , Daz turned up full ideas, good advice , could not have been more helpful . Colorbank after sales service is second to none , we will definitely be dealing with them again

Very happy we decided to buy from Colourbank. We ordered 2 mattresses for our home and the choice we had was very impressive. Speaking with their team I eventually choose two different types of mattresses. They were very knowledgeable about the product and after placing the order the rest of the process was seamless. They kept me informed of the delivery date and the guys who delivered it were very polite. Thank you for making this such a pleasurable experience.
