Welcome to Complete Kitchens and Bathrooms we have been proudly serving parts of South East London and Kent areas from our Showroom in Hither Green for over 52 years. We provide both kitchen and bathroom planning, design and installation using computer aided design software. We cover all aspects of work associated with the installation of a modern day kitchen, utility, shower or bathroom, including plumbing, electrical works, plastering, wall and floor tiles, decorating and minor building works.

We offer a supply only service on kitchen and bathroom equipment for both domestic and commercial projects. We provide full plans, delivery and additional site visits when required to aid a smooth installation project.

Whatever your project or budget may be, speak to us for free honest and impartial advice and the experience gained from being in the industry for over 52 years.

We have a minimum 4 - 6 week timeframe for quotations.

We do not fit any kitchen or bathroom furniture we have not supplied.

Mr Phil Cutler is the Brains of Complete Kitchens and Bathrooms, and he is aided in his mission by an elite team of pilots and co-pilots. CK&B are indeed our International Rescue, as we are return, return and return again customers. To date, CK&B have fitted our family bathroom, our en-suite bathroom and two cloakrooms in our home in Petts Wood, Kent. CK&B’s most recent project was to fit new doors onto our existing kitchen cupboards - a challenging mission as our kitchen was over 15 years old. Phil Cutler arrived promptly to carry out disaster zone reconnaissance and, after much considered intelligence-gathering, he carefully drew up his technologically advanced plans. Before we knew it, our old uninspiring kitchen had been transformed into a sleek and stunning work of art by CK&B’s superbly accurate Co-Pilot Neil. Mission accomplished. Next mission - our utility room. We must also mention the superb administrative work of Tracey Island in CK&B’s showroom. Do not use any other company to rescue your kitchen or bathroom!

A splendid new kitchen

The work involved was to completely strip out a very old and tired kitchen and completely refit it, and a small utility room. I am very pleased with the service that was provided from start to finish. My planning consultation with Philip Cutler was very thorough and it was clear that he had considerable knowledge of what was possible in the space available. He even arranged for me to visit a kitchen that they had fitted out previously to get a better idea of the cabinetry that I had chosen. Although the process was somewhat drawn out by the effects of the Covid lockdown, when work did get underway it was carried out very efficiently and with great care. Neil who did most of the fitting work was very polite, tidy and wore a mask at all times. I was particularly impressed by the fact that I didn't have to make all the choices at once, and I was able to choose the worktops, handles, flooring and tiles once many of the cupboards and appliances had been fitted. This ongoing advice lead me to make a few alterations to my original ideas all for the better. I have no hesitation in recommending this firm and will be using them again to replace my bathroom.

In 1998 we could see that our antiquated kitchen needed a complete overhaul and we decided to approach Complete Kitchens which my wife had noticed during her work in the Lee area. There, we met a Mr Cutler who provided all the advice, planning and estimates that decided us to go ahead and we were told that the majority of the installation would be carried out by Mr Cutler's son Phil and, we were so pleased with his work, we asked CK to also modernise our bathroom Some 22 years later, we decided the kitchen, although still looking fine, was outdated by modern standards and needed updating, so back we went to CK where we found that Phil was now running the business supported by a fine team of specialists who carried out the work to their usual impeccable standard. So, if you are looking for a long-established company who are genuine experts in the field, look no further than Complete Kitchens.

Being an elderly, single female I was hesitant and nervous about having people work in my home. However, my bathroom was in dire need of modernisation. I am an avid Which reader and having checked their website I found Complete Kitchens & Bathrooms. I contacted Tracey in the showroom to book an on-site consultation. She reinforced the services available. Mr Cutler attended my home and immediately put my mind at rest. He came up with some very good designs ideas. He listened to my ideas and changed his layout accordingly. He was keen for me to have a walk-in shower for easier access, but I wanted to retain a bath. We agreed on the installation of a low level, easy access bath with overhead shower. Storage was increased by the installation of a wall suspended vanity unit, matching tall cupboard and back lit mirror. I received my quotation promptly by email. Once again I liaised with Tracey who talked me through the works, start and end dates along with staged payment schedules including test bank payments. Tracey promptly confirmed receipt of all my staged payments. On the start date Mr Cutler attended with Manus to go over the schedule of works. Mr Cutler called in regularly to check on works and discuss any tweaks with Manus and myself. Manus was a pleasure to have working in my home. He is polite, punctual and tidied up at the end of each day. The finished job more than exceeded my expectations,. A 1st class job at an affordable price, would totally recommend.

Superb Renovation of Bathroom!

After contacting Comkit, Phil Cutler came round to discuss my requirements. Phil has a remarkable gift of spatial perception that allows him to imagine different ways to fulfil a client’s requirements. In my case, he came up with different ideas for the layout of the bathroom. Phil’s guiding principle is to install bathroom equipment that has proved to be reliable in the long term, so I was happy to go with his recommendations. Phil also came up with special touches like the inclusion of two marble countertops, one for the window ledge and one on top of the bath/toilet units. This provided a beautiful look as well extra surface area. The 6-week installation at the end of 2019 was carried out by Manus, a tradesman of many talents including being a Gas Safe Engineer. His all-round skills, capacity for hard work, exceptional attitude to detail and consideration for the customer, combined to make him a pleasure to deal with. During the installation, Manus skilfully overcame several obstacles, notably during the re-routing of the plumbing pipework and the installation of the extractor fan in the attic. Special mention should be made of Manus’s exceptional tiling skills exemplified by the flawless final look of the wall and floor tiling. Whenever there was a problem, Phil came round to provide advice. I am extremely pleased with the work which was good value for money. I should also mention that Stacey in the office was always very helpful and efficient.

Complete Kitchens are a great company, and did a marvellous job, when we had our new kitchen fitted. We kept appliances, but had all new units, flooring and tiling. The result is absolutely beautiful, and surpassed our expectations! Phil came and did detailed measurements and drawings, was very knowledgeable, and inspired confidence from the start. Complete Kitchens lived up to their name, and excellent reputation, and were able to do all the work, and fully manage the project. Neil, Phil and Graham, were all very nice, considerate, and a pleasure to host while the work was on. Phil manages the work very efficiently. We are enjoying are new kitchen enormously. Many thanks to Complete Kitchens.

No Qoute after visit
Had a home visit no problems and phil was prompt and measured up well and came across as a man with a lot of knowledge in his profession.The problem is that was 6 weeks ago and despite a follow up phone call after 4 weeks and a promise of the Quote nothing has appeared.Maybe their busy or simply they do not want the business either way i expect as customer some sort of communication.Due to this issue i cannot use this company as it begs the question of customer service and a nagging doubt that if it takes this long to reply how can i trust work to be completed on time when started.It is a pity as most reviews are great however this is a clear weakness in the company. My hope is with this feedback it can now be addressed and will further improve and help your company to greater success.

This is a small family run business with a small dedicated group of administration, showroom and trades people. We have one person, who when not out on site (carrying out works) undertakes the on-site consultations and prepares the quotation. Due to the high demand for our services this can cause a delay in following up from our on-site consultations. We have for some time now been making our customers aware of our minimum 3-4 week lead time for quotations to be sent. This is also reflected on our website. Due to the continually heavy demand for our services this timeframe may increase up to 6 weeks. Where this is the case we will notify our customers accordingly. We are fully committed to our customers, which is clearly reflected in our reviews. Once we have agreed a project start date with our customers we stick to this and communicate any changes in resources as and when needed for the particular element of the project. We keep our customers up-to-date on their project start date and liaise closely with them from start to finish.

Complete Kitchens are brilliant at delivering dreams: even if at times the dreams themselves are fanciful. Our property comes with a long list of inherent problems like uneven walls and floors, difficult access etc. - which Complete Kitchens compensated for in their plans and installation. Phil’s trusted team were great at communication, keeping us up to date with developments and coming up with solutions should anything not go to plan/be available. They were equally proactive at incorporating any last-minute demands/changes we might throw their way. I would highly recommend Complete Kitchens without reservation and I’d like to thank Neil, Manus, Tracey and Phil for getting us through this experience unscathed and we’re ecstatic with the results.

Complete Kitchens is very special. We wanted a company to completely renovate our kitchen seamlessly. From the moment Phil Cutler arrived to talk us through possibilities, we felt we’d found what we were looking for. He listened carefully to what we needed & made suggestions exactly in keeping with our needs. Since CK does both gas & electric, all options were possible. We got a new boiler neatly hidden in a cupboard, & gas engineer Tony skilfully rerouted and hid the pipes. We replaced appliances & out-dated electric board, got efficient LED lighting & a new levelled floor. Dan & the team who did most of the work were all very hard-working & pleasant to deal with. We really appreciated the way Phil works in stages. First we chose cabinets - Crown Imperial offers lots of variety & its cabinets are beautifully constructed; it was a relief not to consult different manufacturers’ catalogues to make a choice. Once we’d decided, Phil suggested worktops to complement them, but advised us not to decide until cabinets were in & we could see how the kitchen was shaping up – ditto with flooring. But because CK was doing all the work, there were no hold-ups: we had a beautiful new kitchen within 4 weeks, with excellent finishing touches we hadn’t expected. At every stage Phil was available with good advice on everything from flooring to taps – he is highly skilled & there’s nothing about kitchens he doesn’t know. Tracey (in the office) is similarly helpful & responsive.

Cannot get follow up for a quote
Having read the amazing reviews on here I decided this local firm ticked all our boxes so after not reaching them on email or phone I decided to pop round, perhaps I had the wrong number. The earliest appointment was a month’s wait (8th April) but we were in no rush. They arrived on time, had lots of advice and took all the necessary measurements and information to provide a quote. Didn’t hear anything for a while, but we had said we weren’t in a rush so I didn’t worry. After around a month had passed I emailed as we’d heard nothing. No reply. I’ve since called 5 times and been promised messages will be passed on and that I’ll get calls back. We’ve not had any calls or emails. We still have no quote (now September) so I’m going to give up calling. Really disappointed.

We are sorry that this customer had a bad experience. We are a small family run company which as you can see from other reviews is extremely popular. This means that on some occasions we have to turn down business opportunities. Normally we advise the customer as soon as we realise that we are unable to undertake the work. We thought this had happened in this case but it appears that it did not. We can only apologise.
