Praise where praise is due. I first contacted CPS after realising that I had been well and truly scammed by an unscrupulous company, who took remote access of my computer and, of course, the rest is history. I needed someone fast, to get me out of a mess! Looking through WHICH, I found CPS, a local company to me. I contacted them and received a response within minutes. I missed their response, initially, as I was incredibly stressed about the whole thing, so rang them the following day. Neil was close by and was with me within about half an hour. An hour later, he had well and truly sorted out the computer, printer and my mobile phone! He installed an anti virus programme that will make nonsense of anyone else trying to scam me! What an absolute relief. He also helped me with my dispute resolution payment via PayPal. That has yet to be finalised but I am very hopeful. A salutary lesson, indeed. Whereas it mattered a lot, about the money I had paid out to the unscrupulous company, the money I paid CPS was nothing on the scale of things. I am very grateful and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending their service. Neil was polite, professional, courteous and showed empathy.
