My Dell computer keyboard was playing up with at least three keys not working at all. The fact Mark has a recommendation from Which? convinced me I needed to go with him to get a repair and I was not disappointed. In the end he replaced my whole keyboard and also replaced the battery and the machine is performing like new and I could not be happier as it's an essential tool of my work as a writer. Not only is he a very friendly guy, Mark picked up the computer from my house and delivered it back a few days later and kept me informed every step of the way. If you have any issues and want them resolved quickly, I would have no hesitation in recommending him. I'm very happy with the work he did and would use him again in a heartbeat and it proved much cheaper than buying a new PC! His customer service is second to none and he prides himself in doing a top job which is did. I'm a very happy client.

Enormous thanks and gratitude to Mark and his team. I had a complicated transfer of files, images and video from 2009 to present day with a super old very slow desktop Mac and laptop. New machines and set ups required to save and backup old material. Mark was very helpful on the telephone and visited me to see the current set up. We had some complications with my old system and also the new hardware purchased but Mark found a way around them all. I needed 3rd party applications loading onto the new equipment and all this was done with ease and efficiency. Mark returned with the new desktop and a couple of days with the new laptop. Both set up and ready to go. Amazing! I can't recommend Mark and his team highly enough - and must stress thank you to the guys in the 'backroom' figuring out what was best to handle ALL the complications. First class service. Always easy to contact and arrange for care for my computer. My computer had started to work very slowly, a new hard drive was inserted and it now works like new. Excellent care and advice. Previously received computer care in lockdown and service again was excellent and maintained all appropriate social distancing regulations etc.

I contacted Mark as the hard drive on my laptop had failed. It was collected on the same day and was returned within two days with a new drive fitted and all of my files recovered. A great service and a good price. Would certainly use again and highly recommend.

Once again superb service from Mark and the team. My computer fan was making a lot of noise so I contacted Mark. He very quickly came to my house and took the computer away. He contacted me the next day to say that the fan should be replaced and I agreed to this. We also agreed that he would conduct a health check and clean the inside. Two days later Mark returned to my house, installed the computer and tested it. All was perfect once again. I am very grateful to Mark and the team for their excellent service and it is a joy to deal with such a friendly and professional company. Really pleased with Mark's work. I originally took my laptop to PC World as that's where I bought it from. It's out of warranty but still fairly new. They entered the model number into their system and apparantly can't source any parts so refused to even look at it. Mark agreed to have a look and it, came to my home to collect and later the same day called me with the part problem (turns out it was just the charger) and a very reasonable price. Once the part came through he delivered back to me as early as possible. Again, really pleased with the service and the price. Will definitely use again and highly recommend.

On each occasion, they picked up the machine from my property, were able to identify the issue in good time, phoned to communicate findings and discuss potential next steps, and then delivered the repaired machine back to me.

If I could give 6 stars I would. The service fixing my MacBook couldn't have been better, Mark collected my computer and returned it within 24 hours. Mark did pre-warn me that in fixing my keyboard he may also need to replace the battery at an extra cost of £125.00 (something I wouldn't have known either way), yet was able to save mine and keep my costs down. 4th time I have used Mark. Fixed a couple of problems with my Dell Laptop. Picked up, repaired & returned within 48 hours. Really good customer service, quality work & competitive price.

I don't normally leave reviews, but on this occasion I thought I would make an exception. I cannot rate these people highly enough. My Data drive worked fine on Thursday and then just died on Friday morning (it is over 12 years old). I had work documents I needed to access but also more importantly, it was my back up drive and I had literally thousands of family photos on it. My Wife rung late morning on Friday, the drive was collected around 2 hours later. I had a courtesy call on Saturday morning to say work had begun and then another on Monday to say all data recovered. I was expecting a big bill from Google Searches relating to other companies, but the data was retrieved (all of it) and placed on a new hard disk at just over £100. I think this price was more than reasonable, given that the disk might have cost me close to £40 alone. I was kept in touch all the way and the work was quick and great, great value for money. Would I use these people again. 110%.

When I called on Christmas Eve, in a pandemic, with a broken laptop it was a relief to be spoken to by someone who obviously knew their trade, their timescale limits and who offered reassurance, respect and realistic timeframe to solution. Having just collected my now fixed laptop 4 days after dropping it off I could not be happier. Mark and his team work hard and offer continued high level service even during a lockdown. I will use them again, but hopefully won't need to!

Another excellent repair to an old PC - knew where to find parts for old PCs - obtained the part, fitted it and returned the PC swiftly - seems to be working better than before.

Mark came out on a Saturday morning and got the PC running so we could use over the weekend. Next week he collected, reinstalled software and returned within half a day. Price agreed very reasonable and everything completed at the times arranged. Very highly recommended.

Contacted Mark on Monday afternoon to ask if he could visit to correct a problem of logging into email. At our convenience he visited on Tuesday afternoon and we talked through the problem and also minor problems. He left with machine saying he would return it next afternoon but again at our convenience Thursday morning was fine. As arranged machine returned with all problems solved. We were very pleased with the work carried out by Mark and the team. We had a persistently "freezing" PC that ultimately required a new hard drive. The PC was collected and returned free of charge, the diagnostics were carried out free of charge, the hard drive was replaced (and all files satisfactorily cloned over) for the agreed price, and the RAM was even upgraded free of charge. All in all, an outstanding service.

I emailed Mark on Thursday evening, he called Friday morning, picked up the computer Friday lunchtime, called me Friday afternoon to advise the action to take to resolve the problems with the computer, completed the work and delivered the computer back on Saturday lunchtime. I can not fault the service at all, friendly and professional, reasonable fees and an outstanding service. Computer is as good as new now and works quickly and perfectly, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mark. Top quality company 👍

I somehow managed to snap a hinge on my laptop, and was therefore unable to close or adjust the screen at all. I met with Mark less than 15 minutes after the phone call and he immediately told me what was wrong and how to fix it without being patronising. He also told me that it would be ready the next day and sure enough he dropped it off the next day. A month later and my laptop is absolutely perfect, no complications whatsoever. My MacBook Air was plagued with adware viruses and a local computer superstore wanted to wipe my hard drive and 10 -14 days to do it. Computer Repair Herts responded within one working day of my email, Mark came to my home, he patiently discussed the problem with me, took my laptop back to the workshop and delivered it back the before the end of the next day. No hard drive wipe, no data loss, and my machine is faster than I can remember! Excellent personal service. Highly recommended.

After a friendly phone call with a man called Mark I felt confident that computer repair herts was going to do everything they could to help solve the problems I was having with my laptops. This company offers an excellent service. All the repairs, maintenance and replacement of batteries on our Apple devices was completed promptly, efficiently and at a reasonable price. Having been frustrated by my laptop, I finally decided to get it fixed. Handing over your pc equipment to an unknown is a real worry in this day-and-age so I started searching for repairers in my local area. It didn't take me long to find details for Computer Repairs Herts. Local to me AND a Which? Trusted Trader. I contacted CRH and left a voicemail. Mark called me back directly and we chatted through the issue briefly. Mark arranged to collect the laptop later the same day. I was called as soon as CRH had identified the problem (faulty mousepad), I was told a new pad could be sourced and was given a price (not an estimate and included fitting). Mark updated me every step of the way and when there was an unforeseen delay, Mark kindly provided a temporary solution. Had the delay not occurred the turnaround time would have been totally acceptable. I am extremely happy with the totally trustworthy, efficient service CRH provide and would have no hesitation should I need their help again. I have rated the Value as 5/5 purely based on the trustworthy factor and cost of replacement, I did not compare the costs with other repairers.

An automatic Microsoft update created an issue with Office Products on my PC. A major inconvenience was quickly averted after a phone call to Mark. My Pc had a busted graphics card didn't know what to do, ask these guys for help and they came and collected my PC and ran a diagnostic on it for free letting me know what part I needed and how much it would be cost nad the time frame it would take. They kept to the time frame and delivered my fixed computer at a time suitable for me. Computer works fine and they even gave me back the old graphics card, very happy with the service and would use them again.

When my laptop case needed repair, I received excellent service. The computer was collected from home within a few hours of my calling, the next day I was contacted with a price for the repair (which I accepted) and the repair was carried out that day. Once it had been fixed, the computer was returned to me at home, and it's working well. First-class service, at a sensible price. What more can I say.

I am so pleased with the service we have been given. My daughter spilt lemonade on her Apple MacBook Air. Mark and the team managed to save her laptop. After a recent update my profile was corrupted and system only loaded in safemode. Phoned CR Herts before 10am two days ago, Mark collected the pc . I received a call from the technician that afternoon to go through the symptoms. He called the following afternoon all done and up and running. A fantastic service from Mark and his team. They recovered all my data from a dead Laptop onto an external drive so I could use it on a new Laptop. They then backed up (Cloned) my old iMac, repairing its dying hard drive in the process, then replaced the drive and supplied me with a bootable external drive as a backup. I cannot fault the service I received, the work was done to time and within budget and I was kept informed at every stage so there were no unpleasant surprises!

I recently had an automatic update on Windows 10 which resulted in not being able to open any Microsoft programs. This seemed to be a common problem and nothing on the Microsoft website was helpful. I knew I couldn't tackle this myself and found Mark at Computer Repairs. He responded to my message on his voicemail within a couple of hours and came to see me the same day. He was really helpful, informative and reassuring. Within a couple of days he returned my PC and everything is fully operable again and he has given me great advice for the future. Mark and his team were thorough and very helpful in upgrading my pc from windows vista to windows 10 and resolving any underlying problems. They completed the upgrade within the time stated by Mark, who was friendly and very helpful.
