We inherited our Ideal Combi Boiler when we moved in, in July of 2022. It has never operated properly with radiators not heating up, hot water not staying hot and going cold all the time. Not good when showering. The problems persisted to such an extent that we were no longer getting much hot water. With family arriving for Christmas, this was not an ideal situation. Connected were contacted and Neil arrived next day. He has a way about him that makes you realise, early on, that you have picked a winner. He quickly discovered that the diverter valve had failed, which was causing all the problems that we had. With the parts for our boiler in his "van", he set to work on replacing them. Within an hour of his arrival, our boiler was working as it should, with ALL radiators working and hot water restored. Outstanding work and customer service, which we will call on again.

Connected will now be my go to plumbing and heating engineers! We had a few problems with our gas combi boiler. Contacted Connect and an early appointment was arranged. Neil attended, he immediately diagnosed the issues, the necessary parts were ordered and were fitted within two days. The boiler is now running perfectly! Neil kept me updated regarding the repair and his arrival times which was refreshing because I could easily arrange my other commitments. He was very efficient, obviously knew his trade, respected our home and was extremely tidy. A cut above the rest! We will require his skills in the near future and he’s already got the job. Thank you very much Neil!

I texed this gas engineer 1st thing today saying my daughters heating was off and she has a baby and 3 school children. I was in a right panic to say the least. The engineer got straight back to me and after several messages between us I was able to get the pilot light and the heating on! I have never seen this high level of service before, no call out or work done, he got my daughters heating on by text! Can't rate this gas engineer highly enough. Thank you very much!

Connected recently fitted a new boiler for us. The price was very competitive, but what really impressed was their commitment to customer satisfaction. They turned up when agreed, carried out a very neat job and left no mess behind. Neil and his team also replaced a lot of untidy old pipework without being asked to do so. The resulting job far exceeded our expectations. I will certainly be using Connected in the future and would not hesitate to recommend them.

The service was excellent. Neil arrived early Monday morning 19th, he diagnosed the fault, repaired it so that we could have hot water. Came back the 20th with new parts and finished the repair really quickly.

Wanted a new boiler and within a week I’d had a quote and a new boiler installed. I had a hive thermostat fitted they set this up with no problems. The work was carried out in my brand new kitchen and they fitted it within a cupboard which was a tight squeeze but did so with no damage, left left no mess and took old boiler away. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a new boiler or plumbing work. Price that I was quoted was very reasonable and they will service this yearly. Couldn’t be happier.

I contacted Connected Gas back in Feb 2020. The original boiler was in the loft in my bungalow and was difficult to access. The pipe run was very long, consequently it took an age for hot water to reach the taps. Connected Gas install a new Baxi in ground floor cupboard. This work was done at a very reasonable price, done quickly and efficiently. Work carried out was excellent. I have since had an annual service. Again, completed quickly and efficiently at a very reasonable cost. I would definitely recommend Connected Gas.

Have been using connected for over 15 years did my 1st boiler and has been servicing this boiler the whole of the time. Was due to get a new boiler and Neil was very quick to sort out the replacement. Ellis (Neil's son) did a fantastic job quick to replace and very clean workman no cleaning needed after he had finished. Will also continue to use for the yearly service and any gas related needs. Excellent company always quick to respond to anything. Highly recommend
