We decided to use Conservatory Roof Insulation Ltd, and we are glad we did. Concerns about the loss of light are unfounded as it really is negligible what you lose, we have a through lounge into the conservatory with no doors or closure between the conservatory and the lounge and we hardly notice the loss of the little bit of light. The noise reduction: At times we would leave the lounge and go to the bedroom to watch TV as the sound of the rain bouncing off the polycarbonate roof at the time was deafening, believe me up here in Cumbria we get lots of rain! We can stay in the lounge and watch TV without turning up the volume while the rain pours down, the difference is fantastic to what we had before, the noise reduction really is that good. Temperature reduction: Our conservatory is south facing so it got the sun most of the day, temperatures in excess of 33 degrees plus where not uncommon during summer, now its much more comfortable even on a hot sunny day, more around 23 to 25 degrees. 6 weeks since we had the work done, and during that time we have had no black mould to clean off the double-glazing seals or the white UPVC, this was common before the roof insulation, no matter how often you cleaned it. We have had sun, rain, wind, and cold nights, the roof insulation has transformed our conservatory into a different room, one that can be used more in every weather, is warmer and quieter and its reduced our energy use.

This Company has been a delight to deal with from start to finish. Beverley, who answered our initial call, couldn't have been more helpful and Julian, who we spoke to afterwards, answered all our questions and even offered advice about an issue we already had with one of the polycarbonate panels in the conservatory roof. Their quote was extremely competitive and they kept to the agreed schedule and budget which was quickly arranged. Dan and Alfie who arrived very early and left very late, to undertake the work, did an outstanding job and were professional and worked hard and were a delight to have around. We love our new ceiling and it has definitely lessened the rain noises tamping on the polycarbonate roof and made the whole Conservatory much more pleasant in both rain and shine. The day following installation we had a very heavy downpour and the ceiling passed the test with flying colours. First impressions, helpfulness, ongoing communications and aftercare were exemplary. We have a large three by eight conservatory that we were looking to have re-roofed with a conventional roof. Following a number of wildly outrageous quotes and questionable supplier terms and conditions, we decided not to bother. A little time and a little research later we contacted Conservatory Roof Insulation Ltd. The lady who answered the phone could not have been any nicer or more helpful if she tried. Beverly was a pleasure to deal with. Following a call from Julian, the materials turned up a few days before the fitters, who also very friendly, courteous, professional and efficient (and drank lots of tea). From start to finish it took three weeks. We had our conservatory roofed and insulated and at a very good price. It makes a world of difference.

Happy at your work? Daniel was, whilst undertaking the superb installation last week, he couldn't stop singing! Arrived bang on time at the untimely hour of 7:30am but cracked on and was finished after lunch. As soon as we stepped into our conservatory the difference was palpable. So much warmer and here's the thing which is not highlighted, so much quieter! Prior to the installation we occasionally heard our neighbour's dog, quite loudly, not any more he's barely perceptible! Daniel and his mate were very professional in their work ethic, were very amiable and welcome back in our home at any time. You would not know any work had taken place after they'd cleared the decks. Julian and Beverly were also a delight to deal with. Indeed, this morning an envelope arrived containing our ten year guarantee. Excellent service, good value for money and fully endorse this company and staff.

My conservatory was rarely used because it was too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter. I'd explored having the roof tiled or having roof blinds but was unhappy with the excessive costs. Then I found Conservatory Roof Insulation Ltd and their perfect solution for me, at a very competitive price. The two man team worked non-stop all day and were like a well oiled machine, supporting each other. They made no mess and left my conservatory cleaner than when they started. The end result is stunning. It looks great and, thanks to the insulted roof, I can now use my conservatory in the winter, so I have high expectations that it will also be great for the summer. Overall a great job at a great price.

After considering an insulated roof last summer, and then getting quotes for a whole new roof that came back at 4 times the price, we decided to take the plunge. We had an email conversation with Beverley in the summer and picked that up again, Beverley has always been lovely to deal with. We agreed the price and booked in. On the day, the 2 workman turned up on time and commenced work straight away, barely stopping the whole time. The two of them worked in pure synchronisation and the job was complete in just over 2 hours! We could not fault the work. We then spent the next day trying to assess whether it was actually warmer and put a heater on for a couple of hours to warm the conservatory up. We also have a radiator in there and that was the last time we had to add any additional heating. We had been wondering how people were able to leave reviews with such confidence so soon after having the work done, but now we see why. Previously we had to have the doors to the conservatory closed constantly as it was so cold. We now have them open all day long, and the house itself actually feels warmer as no heat is being lost through the conservatory. I write this while sat in our lovely new space (we have had the conservatory for 15 years!) And we have never been able to use it like this before. It looks great, the noise is drastically reduced and it is really cosy. Highly recommended.

The whole process from initial enquiries to completion of the work was smooth and without any stress. The price was only half that quoted by some competitors and installation was also much earlier. After agreeing on the quote, the date for installation was immediately given. The installers arrived on time and finished the job in one day as promised. The result is a very comfortable living environment in mid-winter where previously it was far too cold and extremely difficult and costly to keep to a sensible and comfortable temperature. I would recommend this company to anyone who is considering the logical step of conservatory insulation. My brother saw the work we had done and has already placed an order for his installation.

After sitting through rep visits from other companies i contacted Roof insulation, spoke to Beverly who talked me though the process, i decided to go ahead and am not disappointed with the service or results , Nigel and Chris turned up on the installation day, they worked without breaks from start to finish and left the job site clean and tidy, their work is excellent and they explain the process as they go along [ they do appreciate a brew ] After they left we turned on the heating and what a difference.
