The boys arrived early they were happy, friendly and it was obvious they were used to working together each doing exactly what their part required. They did an excellent job insulating my conservatory roof and it looks fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they cleaned everything up, offered to replaces the furniture I had taken out or anything they could do for me. Straight away I noticed how quiet it was in the conservatory without the sound of the wind and rain also it has evened out the temperature. I am very pleased with the result and would recommend them to anyone.

Initial date was cancelled at last minute but rescheduled for later in the week. Ceiling insulation was fitted during one day without a problem although lights were not refixed.

Having had a few quotes for the above work I was unhappy with and found Julian and Beverley online. They don't come out and give the hard sale, they don't have to. I spoke to Julian on the phone and his professionalism comes across and instils confidence in you. I agreed a price, was given a date and the work was carried out professionally and efficiently. It was completed in one day and all mess was cleaned and tidied before they left. I couldn't have asked for better. I have been impressed with this company. From initial contact to completion of the job the process was seamless. The fitters arrived on time and clearly explained the processes they would undertake. It quickly became obvious that they were professionally competent. The installation progressed smoothly with regular discussions with us on the process. They completed the installation in 6-7 hours. CRI carried out two great ceiling conversions for me at two rental properties of mine all within one day. There's been a dramatic decline in the heat felt within the conservatories - up to 85% says CRI - and this has been corroborated by my tenants. The cladding finish used is also very stylish and has lifted the look of our conservatories to something akin to a 'proper room'. To start with I got a quote from a different company to have a base price to work from. The first plus with Conservatory Roof Insulation Ltd was they were able to beat that quote by £1000, no haggling necessary. I simply entered my conservatory details onto their website quote form, which was quickly followed up the next day with a phone call from the director, Julian. There was no salesman schtick, just a very honest and friendly chat, where he was able to give my concise details and answer any question I had. Following that I sent some photos to aid in getting my exact quote which didn't exceed the price range of the original general quote. Upon planning the date and arrangements for the work to be carried out, I spoke with the delightful Beverly who made the whole process incredibly easy and once again friendly. On the day of the work, Daniel and Alfie arrived promptly at 8:15am and worked with the utmost professionalism and efficiency. The whole job was completed in 3 hours and I can't praise the quality of their work highly enough. Barely stopping for my offer of a cup of coffee. Chris and Nigel did a fantastic job on the installation, and we are noticing the difference in temperatures already. This is a very professional operation, with tons of experience in the business, and the technology is simple but highly effective at a reasonable price. We would definitely recommend this company and their products to anyone who is currently forced to avoid their roasting hot conservatory on summer afternoons. Hoping for similar benefits in retaining heat in the coming winter.

I never had the “hard sale” - unlike some other companies I asked for quotes. I had confidence in the company from my initial contact with them.
