The range of products was extensive and the sales team were able to answer all our detailed questions frankly and patiently as we visited the showroom many times before making our final choice, of a Jotul burner which fits our living room both proportionally and in output. All the staff, including, Adam, Jeremy, the two fiiters that we spoke to as they finished installing our beautiful Jotul yesterday, promising to return and commission it before we moved in, and not forgetting Jane from their office, could not have been more helpful.

From the outset, we received an excellent service from Continental Fires. The quotation covered all that we required and the installation was excellent. Jeremy, the fitter and the 2 electricians took great care and any mess was completely cleared away afterwards,

We had an established log burner that was causing plasterwork to crack. The burner needed to be removed, the flue checked, and a piece of fire board inserted. That necessitated the established plasterwork being cut back, the board inserted, and re-plastering to make good. Finally, the burner had to be-seated and tested.

I can't say how good this company has been, their communication has been brilliant throughout the project. Any delays in manufacture we were always informed immediately. They turn up to site smartly presented, professional and show the upmost care for your home. Protecting the floor and surroundings and treating your home as they would their own. It was a very special fire that they installed and the company was more than up to the job. I would recommend them to anyone. I would give them 6 Stars if I could.
