Three ancient storage heaters were quickly dispatched and I now have new radtherm radiators. What a transformation: the heating is controllable and efficient. I was amazed that it only took the cheery technicians 3 hours to install the radiators. I am very pleased with the service and the app is a revelation, so easy to use. Seven ancient and inefficient night storage heaters have bitten the dust, replaced by 7 Radtherm heaters. From a helpful website, to a very timely response to our first enquiry, to a prompt and very informative survey and a speedy quotation, and then on to installation the whole process has been dealt with very professionally. Everyone we have dealt with from the company has been excellent, reinforcing the impression of an organisation that knows what it is doing and cares for its customers. The 4 man installation team worked hard and efficiently, cleaned up meticulously, gave full explanations and tuition on use of the app, and finished at least a couple of hours earlier than I had anticipated. All done on schedule and on budget. We are now getting used to a very different and more flexible way of heating our flat. First impressions are extremely positive, but have coincided with the arrival of spring. The real test on our competence with the App will be when the cold weather returns!

Cotswold Heating have provided excellent customer service from first contact to courtesy call. We replaced the immersion heater and tank. Cotswold heating kept in contact throughout. The work was undertaken very efficiently and the team got the storage heater unit up into the flat very smoothly. The water was much hotter just a few hours later and reassuring to be using such an energy efficient product.

Two new heaters fitted, one to replace a gas fire in the main room, the other smaller one to replace the old convecter in the bedroom. The old convecter taken out by the fitter and the new heater fitted in its place, all went well all and cleaned up. The main heater fitted in the right place in the main room as discused with the fitter all went well all cleaned up afterward. Talked through the instructions on how to use the contoller by the fitter, very good. The colour we had them coated was spot on, very pleased with the finish.

From start to finish a very good experience the products have made a big difference to my flat. All the staff were helpful and informative from office staff to installation team, I would highly recommend the company and their products. All in all a good experience and they have smart polo shirts

Following the desperate need to replace our old storage heaters I did a lot of research. One contacting Cotswold Heating Solutions I knew we had made the right choice. From the initial visit they were extremely professional taking time to listen to our needs and explain the merits of their product. We ordered 5 radiators without seeing anyone else and the process has been seamless. We were kept informed as promised and yesterday the new system was installed. Heaters, electrics and data all done in a highly skilled manner and the house is so warm, just as promised. We were determined to get a local company to carry out our installation and Cotswold Heating Solutions have proved why this was the right choice without doubt.

After having a new Smart Meter fitted and seeing how inefficient, but expensive my storage heaters were, I knew it was time to invest in an updated heating system. I searched many different options and companies, and knew roughly the products I wanted. Cotswold Heating Solutions, without being pushy, stood out for response, expertise and service. From seeing their representative (within days) to my new system being fitted, I was kept informed throughout. The guys fitting were efficient, respectful, on time and knew exactly what they were doing. I’m still playing with the temperatures for each room - using my trendy app. from my phone (which is so easy to use - and I am not a techie!) , but happy to report that my Smart Meter has significantly slowed down! Cotswold Heating were comparable with other installers in price, but their service backup and reputation puts them ahead. I would recommend them without any hesitation.

We had decided to renew our existing night storage heaters as they did not keep us warm all day,exhausting the heat by late afternoon. Consequently when most needed no heat remained. As we are both pensioners our heating in winter is required all day and into the evening until about 11.00pm. We did some research to try to ensure we would get the best value for our money and a heating system that met our needs without being prohibitively expensive to run. We identified Cotswold Heating as a possibility and visited their showrooms where we were shown examples of the proposed heaters. The operation of which was fully explained to us,and there were skelton examples to show us how they worked. This viewing was in the summer/early autumn. In retrospect we should have ordered the heaters then meaning installation would have been completed before the cold winter months set in. By the time we decided to order them the earliest fitting date was mid January 2026. A big problem was that we were told our night storage heaters needed to be switched off on Wednesday to allow them to cool by the Friday installation date,so no heating for 3 days! When the engineers arrrived they were on time and proceeded to remove the now cold night storage heaters. This didn,y take too long and they took them down to their van after removing the heavy storage bricks. Everything was being cleared as they went. We used Cotswold heating solutions to replace night storage heaters with Radtherm radiators and our immersion boiler and feeder tank with a Sunamp Thermino, The workmen Mark, Finn, Lewis and Tom arrived as we expected on time. They were very polite and knew exactly what they were doing. It was quite impressive how professional they were. They removed all the packaging and old radiators, tanks and even hoovered the floor. The main reason for this review is we now have hot water on mains pressure at a fraction of the cost of the immersion tank. The radiators are very responsive and efficient. We very happy with Cotswold and fully recommend them.

3 cheerful hard working guys turned up on time. One with a Santa hat! All 3 worked hard and got to work as soon as they arrived. Set me up with their amazing app and patiently showed me how to use it. When they left within 10 minutes of playing with the app I was a pro. Enjoying using their amazing radiators. Cotswold have been professional from the first time I had contact with them. Just one minor point I was not told by the salesman that if I changed my mind about order that a cancellation charge would be made so I would advise customers to bear this in mind when ordering. I understand why this charge has to be made but customers should be made aware of the same when they place their order. This is only a minor point and should not deter anyone from ordering their amazing heating!

I had 7 Radthem Radiators installed to replace an LPG system. From the very first contact I made with Cotswold Heating, everything went perfect & well beyond my expectations. I was kept well informed of status of my order & installation date agreed, I was up against it time wise due to having to,replace my system before my LPG ran out. Nearer the install date an electrician made an appointment to visit & carry out pre checks to ensure that there would not be any issues when it came to the installation. Luis arrived on time and was very thorough. The installation went ahead on the agreed date & the team all arrived on time & I have never seen such exceptional team work. The installation was seamless & throughout the day they kept me informed when the electric had to go off. I was consulted as to the positioning of the Radiators prior to fitting & all were placed exactly where agreed. They were also extremely tidy, continually cleaning up as they went along & upon completion was all as expected. Luis explained how the system worked & was very thorough on the App set up. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Cotswold Heating Solutions. In the future I may decide to have an additional Radtherm Radiator in my small study, which I will call upon the services of Cotswold Heating Solutions again. The Radiators heat up quickly, maintain a constant heat & are very cost effective to run.

We recently purchased a bungalow to renovate. The hot water was supplied via a large immersion heater, which cost an absolute fortune to run, and the hot water pressure was very low, in fact so low that the shower was useless. After investigating various options available to us, we found Cotswold Heating Solutions and contacted them to arrange a home survey. Billy visited and talked me through the options available, and at no time put me under any pressure. After a couple of days and further research, we decided to place an order for a Sunamp. The company was brilliant and kept us regularly up to date. Mark and Lewis arrived to install the unit and were very professional, polite and helpful. They were very tidy workers and ensured we understood how the unit worked before leaving. The hot water in our new shower is now brilliant. I would not hesitate to use this company again and would highly recommend them.

I recently had a heater from Cotswold heating installed to replace 3 old night storage heaters downstairs in our rental property. Speaking with our tenant now a month on since the installation she is very happy with the new heater. The heater works perfectly and is so much more efficient and controllable via the App than the old night stores. The guys who did the removal of the old and the installation were very good and all went smoothly and quickly. They did the App set up and explained all to us also which was essential. Overall very satisfied with both the product and the service. Many thanks. Will probably come back to do the water heating as well in due course.

My wife and I have recently had an electric heating and water system supplied and installed by Cotswold Heating Solutions. From start to finish we have been very impressed with the service that we have received. The initial visit by their representative was informative, professional, extremely helpful and without pressure. Above all he was able to quote for exactly what we required which competitors were unable to. The quote was produced immediately and after consideration we decided to order the system. The office were on the ball in keeping us up to date with the order and again gave us confidence in having chosen the right company to carry out the work. Once the installation date was agreed four fitters turned up on time, discussed the installation and positioning of radiators and water heater and installed the system to our complete satisfaction taking care to make sure that we understood how to control the system from the app that they installed on our phones. I can only say that Mark, Finn, Lewis and Tom were neat, tidy, did a good job, cleaned up and made sure that we were satisfied with the system and knew how to operate it. I recently had a heater from Cotswold heating solutions installed and so far I am very happy with the product. The heater works perfectly and features different modes through the app to adjust to every preferences. I was happy with the service provided as well as the team was providing updates during the waiting period and the installation went very quickly and smoothly. The installers were very nice and professional and did a great job. Overall I am very satisfied with the product and the service!

The initial assessment visit was useful, and I was satisfied that the proposed product would meet my needs. The company were in regular contact about the delivery time, but some weeks after the time promised for fitting had passed I had to call to fix a date. The fitters arrived on time, and were efficient and pleasant. There was a slightly awkward wiring issue for one of the radiators, but they took the time to solve it (and without bodging). Overall I am very pleased with the service provided.

Work was carried out to schedule.changed my old storage heaters to new electric full controllable radiators.now we are warm again also I have never come across such clean & tidy fitters .the office kept me updated all the time through the process.

All went to plan. The initial survey / sales visit was an informative session and the follow up support from the office very efficient. From order to installation was nine weeks, but the installation itself went very well, with a good, tidy, polite team.

We really liked the salesman who came to discuss the product and our requirements. We needed heating in our conservatory which has a thermal roof. We required 2 radiators and we were able to take our time you discuss where they should be situated. We placed the order and Cotswold kept us up to date with regular phone calls to let us know how things were progressing. Installation was quick and easy and 2 very nice workmen came. They were tidy with their work and left the place clean afterwards. Would recommend these radiators as very happy with the warmth they give out. Can't comment on the cost of running them as only been in a week.

From quote to completion the team at Cotswold heating carried out their tasks with competence and efficiency. Sunamp installation went faultlessly and even assisted with the removal of the old fireplace at the end of the work day.

A Sun Amp Water Heater and four radiators were installed and old immersion heater and night storage heaters removed. The installation involved four members of staff who were very pleasant, helpful and efficient so what could have been stressful was a positive experience. The heaters are really efficient and quick to heat the room and it's wonderful to have hot water immediately as needed.

From beginning to end, a very positive experience. No hard sell, a competitive quote, and good communications throughout the whole process. The two fitters arrived on the dot of 8.30am, introduced themselves and explained what they would be doing, and in what order. They were fast and efficient, fitting 3 new heaters, cleaning up as they went, and providing clear instructions as to how to use the heating app. Since the fitting, the heaters have worked well, and for the first time in years we have been warm in our lounge! I have been monitoring the Smart Meter to gauge running costs, and it's looking good to date. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.
