We first used Cotswold Heating Solutions in 2020 and were very happy with the service then. We have used them again to provide a heating solution for an extension to a holiday cottage in Wales. The initial advice was excellent- informative, helpful and with no ‘sales’ pressure. Our property is some way from their base in Stroud but they were very accommodating with regard to when they could visit to check the cottage out and update their layout suggestions. We were very impressed with the installation. A neat tidy job very professionally done and within their time frame. The handover and operating instructions were clear and concise. Overall a great experience. A family firm with the whole team working to deliver a first class service. Would thoroughly recommend them if you are looking for an electric radiator installation.

Moving in to a new house with a variety of electric heaters of different ages and types, I went to Cotswold to help me rationalise and modernise. The first survey visit was very informative and we worked out the combination and style of heaters I needed. The office kept me informed of the progress of my order and made sure I knew what was happening at all stages. On the day, the team turned up on time and got stuck in to the work, removing the old heaters (including some heavy storage heaters), sorting out the electrics and installing the new heaters. Work was done quickly, efficiently and very cleanly - I've never seen a team with 3 Henrys before. They made sure that the heaters were placed exactly where I wanted and that I fully understood the app. From start to finish the whole experience was very professional but with the feeling that I was dealing with real people, not a faceless company. I would definitely recommend Cotswold Heating to anyone. I'm now looking forward to the winter so I can start using the heaters properly.

This is a family business with all the staff committed to excellent service. Work was done on time by a friendly and experienced workforce who were obliging and eager to do their best. I’ve been a customer of CHS for a couple of years, having 8 radTherm radiators and a Sunamp heat battery. A 3rd party electrician recently caused the Sunamp to fail, so I contacted Sarah at CHS for help. At the same time I flagged up what I believed to be a manufacturing fault with one of the radiators. We then went on holiday for a week and on our first full day back home Mark and Tom arrived at 9.00am with a replacement PCB for the Sunamp and a replacement radiator (covered under warranty). Mark updated our App with the new radiator details, waited until he was happy we were getting hot water and he and Tom left after a couple of hours. I was very happy with the original installations and I’m now very happy with the after sales service. Cotswold Heating Solutions are a great company to deal with, everyone I’ve met or spoken to has been friendly, professional and really helpful. I highly recommend them.

This company has been a pleasure to work with at every stage of the process. The initial survey was both informative and helpful in identifying some preliminary electrical work to be done to make for a smooth installation. Once the decision to proceed was taken we were given a likely timeframe and kept informed of progress at all times. Before installation two guys came out to assess to plumbing and electrics in our flat and made lots of reassuring positive noises about the upcoming work. On the day itself a very friendly team arrived exactly when expected and got straight on with the job. In no time at all the ancient and huge boiler was gone along with 7 old radiators. Their work was swift and professional and so neat and tidy. The bulk of the installation was completed on day one with day two seeing the new radiators connected up together with an in depth tutorial on the app controller, which is a feature we love as it gives easy and independent control across the whole system. Overall we have been most impressed with Cotswold Heating Solutions and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them far and wide.

We have recently had an additional radtherm radiator installed and like initial installation a few years ago , involving replacement of gas heating system with 7 electric radiators. From first contact to final installation the overall service was excellent. Would have no hesitation in recommending this company to family and friends.

Cotswold Heating have shown to be a very competent service business, being very conscious of ensuring customer care and attention to their needs - day one their company manager visits the property and spends quality time with its customers in assessing and advising on how they can address the heating requirements of the customers property - there's no hard push or flannel, its all straight talk from someone who obviously has an extensive heating background. You are made aware that delivery and installation can take between 6/8 weeks, but you are kept up to date during that period by company staff by personal phone calls letting you known the current state of play regarding delivery, which is very reassuring. Day of installation, the installation team arrive on time and quickly get to work, and its obvious that they are experienced personnel and know what they are about - they work very hard and in our case they installed a Sum Amp water heater and two hybrid electric radiators -on completion of the installation they commission the heating equipment and take the time to explain how best to use the heating appliances and download an app to the customers phone for remote use and control of the settings - nothing is missed or rushed - even to tidying up . Hence excellent heating appliances, staff and company standards through out. Very good company to deal with. I was kept informed all the way and any questions answered straight away. They even provided the extra part for the shower at no expense to me. On the day of installation the men turned up on time and were very polite and friendly. The work was done quicker than I was expecting and tidied up after themselves. The installation team worked very efficiently the old system of boiler, radiators and water heater were removed quickly and carefully with the minimum of fuss. The new system installed very efficiently as well. They were very tidy and a friendly team. The Sunamp water system is excellent my hot water pressure is so much better and really improved the shower. The radtherm system is so easy to use and so much more controllable enabling you to heat the areas of the house you using very easily from phone or tablet. I was kept informed regularly of the process by helpful and friendly staff.

The heating is controllable, efficient and easy to use. I was very impressed, it took less than three hours to remove and install the new radiators. I was pleased with the service from start to finish and the app is so easy to use. Four storage heaters were quickly removed and replaced with three new radtherm radiators. I was kept up to date with the progress of my order and everyone was friendly and very helpful. It is a huge relief to now have a proper heating system. Having been cold for much of the winter because of the high cost and ineffectiveness of the convector panel heaters in my flat, it is a huge relief to now have a proper heating system. Cotswold Heating Solutions (CHS) has been a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. Jo and Sarah in the office were organised and responsive and kept me updated with the progress of my order. Billy, the Project Advisor, was knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions and there was no hard sell. Finn, Mark and Tom, who installed the system, were a pleasure to have in my home, worked efficiently, left everything beautifully tidy and carefully explained the SmartControl app for controlling the radiators. I am very pleased. I predict a great future for CHS!

Three ancient storage heaters were quickly dispatched and I now have new radtherm radiators. What a transformation: the heating is controllable and efficient. I was amazed that it only took the cheery technicians 3 hours to install the radiators. I am very pleased with the service and the app is a revelation, so easy to use. Seven ancient and inefficient night storage heaters have bitten the dust, replaced by 7 Radtherm heaters. From a helpful website, to a very timely response to our first enquiry, to a prompt and very informative survey and a speedy quotation, and then on to installation the whole process has been dealt with very professionally. Everyone we have dealt with from the company has been excellent, reinforcing the impression of an organisation that knows what it is doing and cares for its customers. The 4 man installation team worked hard and efficiently, cleaned up meticulously, gave full explanations and tuition on use of the app, and finished at least a couple of hours earlier than I had anticipated. All done on schedule and on budget. We are now getting used to a very different and more flexible way of heating our flat. First impressions are extremely positive, but have coincided with the arrival of spring. The real test on our competence with the App will be when the cold weather returns!

Cotswold Heating have provided excellent customer service from first contact to courtesy call. We replaced the immersion heater and tank. Cotswold heating kept in contact throughout. The work was undertaken very efficiently and the team got the storage heater unit up into the flat very smoothly. The water was much hotter just a few hours later and reassuring to be using such an energy efficient product.

Two new heaters fitted, one to replace a gas fire in the main room, the other smaller one to replace the old convecter in the bedroom. The old convecter taken out by the fitter and the new heater fitted in its place, all went well all and cleaned up. The main heater fitted in the right place in the main room as discused with the fitter all went well all cleaned up afterward. Talked through the instructions on how to use the contoller by the fitter, very good. The colour we had them coated was spot on, very pleased with the finish.

From start to finish a very good experience the products have made a big difference to my flat. All the staff were helpful and informative from office staff to installation team, I would highly recommend the company and their products. All in all a good experience and they have smart polo shirts

Following the desperate need to replace our old storage heaters I did a lot of research. One contacting Cotswold Heating Solutions I knew we had made the right choice. From the initial visit they were extremely professional taking time to listen to our needs and explain the merits of their product. We ordered 5 radiators without seeing anyone else and the process has been seamless. We were kept informed as promised and yesterday the new system was installed. Heaters, electrics and data all done in a highly skilled manner and the house is so warm, just as promised. We were determined to get a local company to carry out our installation and Cotswold Heating Solutions have proved why this was the right choice without doubt.

After having a new Smart Meter fitted and seeing how inefficient, but expensive my storage heaters were, I knew it was time to invest in an updated heating system. I searched many different options and companies, and knew roughly the products I wanted. Cotswold Heating Solutions, without being pushy, stood out for response, expertise and service. From seeing their representative (within days) to my new system being fitted, I was kept informed throughout. The guys fitting were efficient, respectful, on time and knew exactly what they were doing. I’m still playing with the temperatures for each room - using my trendy app. from my phone (which is so easy to use - and I am not a techie!) , but happy to report that my Smart Meter has significantly slowed down! Cotswold Heating were comparable with other installers in price, but their service backup and reputation puts them ahead. I would recommend them without any hesitation.

We had decided to renew our existing night storage heaters as they did not keep us warm all day,exhausting the heat by late afternoon. Consequently when most needed no heat remained. As we are both pensioners our heating in winter is required all day and into the evening until about 11.00pm. We did some research to try to ensure we would get the best value for our money and a heating system that met our needs without being prohibitively expensive to run. We identified Cotswold Heating as a possibility and visited their showrooms where we were shown examples of the proposed heaters. The operation of which was fully explained to us,and there were skelton examples to show us how they worked. This viewing was in the summer/early autumn. In retrospect we should have ordered the heaters then meaning installation would have been completed before the cold winter months set in. By the time we decided to order them the earliest fitting date was mid January 2026. A big problem was that we were told our night storage heaters needed to be switched off on Wednesday to allow them to cool by the Friday installation date,so no heating for 3 days! When the engineers arrrived they were on time and proceeded to remove the now cold night storage heaters. This didn,y take too long and they took them down to their van after removing the heavy storage bricks. Everything was being cleared as they went. We used Cotswold heating solutions to replace night storage heaters with Radtherm radiators and our immersion boiler and feeder tank with a Sunamp Thermino, The workmen Mark, Finn, Lewis and Tom arrived as we expected on time. They were very polite and knew exactly what they were doing. It was quite impressive how professional they were. They removed all the packaging and old radiators, tanks and even hoovered the floor. The main reason for this review is we now have hot water on mains pressure at a fraction of the cost of the immersion tank. The radiators are very responsive and efficient. We very happy with Cotswold and fully recommend them.

3 cheerful hard working guys turned up on time. One with a Santa hat! All 3 worked hard and got to work as soon as they arrived. Set me up with their amazing app and patiently showed me how to use it. When they left within 10 minutes of playing with the app I was a pro. Enjoying using their amazing radiators. Cotswold have been professional from the first time I had contact with them. Just one minor point I was not told by the salesman that if I changed my mind about order that a cancellation charge would be made so I would advise customers to bear this in mind when ordering. I understand why this charge has to be made but customers should be made aware of the same when they place their order. This is only a minor point and should not deter anyone from ordering their amazing heating!
