Refitting of washroomtoilet. The company worked well with me to achieve the best result for a very small space. The few snags after the fitting were quickly remedied and there was no hesitation in addressing problems with existing equipment which came to light during the fitting. Communication throughout was excellent.

My bathroom replacement is the most recent of a number of jobs that Coulsons have done for me including replacing my shower. I keep going back to Coulsons because I find them much easier to work with than smaller traders. For me they have been great for having availability to do my jobs in a reasonable timeframe and I have always found their work to be good quality.

A mains water pipe was replaced between the house and the water meter. This involved about 50m of trench to be dug around via a gravel drive, through raised vegetable beds and under a slabbed path (much done by hand to cope with various drain and tree root obstacles). The pipework was plumbed under and through a suspended floor into the existing house plumbing. The job took just over 2 weeks. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The household plumbing was neatly done with some old plumbing tidied up at the same time. The site was left clean and tidy afterwards. A professional job.

Coulsons have helped me many times with plumbing issues. The Senior Manager,David Grundy , is very helpful indeed. He responds to emails very quickly and always does his best to sort things out as quickly as possible. On one notable occasion, my mother was due to arrive to stay here while she had an operation and the shower came off the wall half an hour before . David sent Paul round straight away and though it was complicated involving sourcing a new shower unit and drilling through the wall it was accomplished quickly without fuss the same day. The underfloor heating can sometimes be temperamental and it is reassuring that Dale can always sort it out quickly. I could go on but suffice it to say I have had excellent service

As an older woman, dealing with tradesman can sometimes be quite difficult. from start to finish I found the whole process very stress free. The job was a complete bathroom re fit. The initial conceltaion was conduced by a well mannered, professional and easy to talk to man. He listened to my requirements and understood the necesity for some immediate action to make the house habitual until the job could be undertaken. When work started I was always kept up to speed. The end result has been completed to a high standard and I am extremely pleased with the new Bathroom and would always use Coulson Building Group for any further work. The cost of the installation was very reasonable. The workmen where very tidy and respectful of my property.
