Internal insulation, refitting shower and toilet, modification of outbuilding. Work started on time, the flow of the necessary different trades happened effectively. The workmen were friendly and considerate, we enjoyed having them in the house with us for the 5 weeks.

I have used Coulson's several times over the years for smaller maintenance jobs. The minor roof repair we first expected turned out to be a need for a completely new roof. After a number of delays (not their fault, e.g bees in the roof) the work started and was done promptly and according to schedule, with excellent liaison with other tradesmen involved.

I used Coulson to replace my boiler, which was very old and beyond repair. The whole process worked very seamless and staff was very helpful. The work at home took 2 days, as antecipated and everything went according to schedule with minimal hassle. I would highly recommend their services.

Two older boilers replaced with one modern boiler. Excellent workmanship, excellent communication. Staff who worked on-site, managers, supervisors, engineers, and administrators and were always very professional, courteous, efficient, and helpful. At times I felt like they were treating me as though as was the only client they were working for (even though they have multiple clients and several projects on the go simultaneously) because of the immediate and personal manner in which they dealt with me.

The work was to reorganise a hallway by moving a radiator, and making and fitting a coat rack. The job was carefully prepared, materials were good quality and the work was neatly and cleanly carried out exactly when promised. Workmen were friendly and skilled. Almost as important as the work I had done, I discussed some further possible work but, even though it would have meant more work for the company, they advised against what I thought I wanted as the finish would not be satisfactory: I had to change my mind. It seemed to me to me that this was principled and evidence of a desire to do the job to the same standard as the other items.

Gas boiler replacement as well as a hot water cylinder replacement. I found the relevant engineers very competent, in fact first class. The work was carried out to my complete satisfaction. Nice professional job, I will certainly use them again should the need arise.

Two cloakrooms refurbished, plumbers arrived promptly and always worked in a tidy fashion. Cheerful and well able to sort out any little problems. Tiling, new sanitary wear in an older property may have defeated some but not Coulsons. Progress was checked along the way, good notice of absence on one occasion.
