Work carried out was bird protection being added to solar panels. Work was carried out quickly and efficiently. Alex who fitted protectors friendly and helpful. As was Max in arranging the fitting. Alex and Max fitted the original solar system. They were then working on behalf of another company. Their work again was excellent. Would highly recommend Coutts electrical.

Initially both Max and Al came in to check the whole of our house electrics. Both are very professional, and offered recommendations of works both that they considered as essential and advised future works. This was to ensure that, going forward, our house would be as safe and conform to all electrical requirements. The work carried out was very neat and tidy. Any questions or queries were answered very quickly and validated as required. I would absolutely recommend Coutts Electrical as a very modern and professional electrical contractors that are continually looking to improve the works they offer.

Installation of solar array, battery, and car charger. all done efficiently to time and budget. Small complications were dealt with by the team without any extra cost. The system works well, as was expected.

Max and his team, Alex and Paul, installed 18 solar panels and a Sigenstore Inverter & battery system. I'm really impressed with the system that Max has recommended and provided, we haven't imported any electricity since it's commision and we have been exporting loads. The App is fabulous. Everything has gone according to the quote and all the work started on the agreed date. When an unexpected issue with the existing earth wiring to the house was discovered Max and Alex problem solved and fixed the problem in an efficient manner. I was very impressed by their focus on electrical safety. Max was able to take us through the Iphone App setup and information we needed to sign up to Octopus energy's solar tariff and clearly knows his stuff. In summary they were a delight to have working in our house and I will be recommending them to our friends.

Max and his team are highly skilled and professional. I first contacted Max a few years ago, for a small scale job - an emergency electrical fault. Being impressed then, by his attitude to work, I felt confident in asking him to quote on and undertake the recent rewire of our just-purchased Victorian semi. Max communicated thoughtfully, and clearly, throughout the process; always swiftly responsive to my questions, and able to help me better understand what appeared, at first, to be a daunting project.

This Trader was quick to respond to my initial query. He came to assess the malfunction of my security light and explained the problem in a clear and understandable way. We discussed dates and time for the job to be done; he provided a quote we both agreed was reasonable; and stayed in email or phone contact throughout. The job was successfully completed as arranged and the light has been working normally since. All round, I am very pleased with the professional job and the Trader. I had used his services before this job and will do so again.
