CPS Heating & Plumbing Contractors have been our go to heating and plumbing firm for several years now and recently installed a new heating system in our home. They are highly recommended by ourselves and will be referred to anyone looking for a reputable, competent and efficient company.

When Lucas Bullard of CPS managed several years ago to solve a persistent fault in our home boiler (installed by another firm) when others were unable to solve it, it was a great relief to us. Since then, CPS have maintained our boiler and carried out other significant plumbing and gas work to consistently very high and reliable professional standards. When that old boiler came to the end of its life, we naturally asked Lucas to quote for a new one. His quote was very reasonable, and his work was again of the highest standard. Lucas is very considerate of the customer’s needs, responding quickly to our cry for help in the cold of mid-winter, turning up when he said he would, working tidily and fully appreciating our home life requirements. We cannot praise this friendly and highly professional firm enough.

Lucas came out quickly to quote our job, installing a new boiler from a difficult inaccessible area to a new site in the utility room and emailed the figures that evening. On acceptance, he arranged a quick return as my husband was not in good health. Lucas was efficient and tidy, and kept his good humour despite the difficulties of working in an old cottage. The whole system was flushed and checked, a new boiler, extra towel rail and various valves and lagging added in and the job was finished on time and to the expected price range. As well as requiring a capable workman and a good job, it is also important to feel comfortable with the person in your own home and we would not hesitate to recommend Lucas and CPS - and he likes spaniels!!

To put this quite simply, I was delighted with the service & quality of work from CPS. Lucas & Ross were approachable, friendly & very, very efficient. I would not hesitate to use this firm again myself & would wholeheartedly recommend them to others.

I had a failed combi boiler on return from holiday and my usual gas serviceman was unavailable. I used "Which local" and contacted CPS. Excellent service, quick response, fixed the problem, and I just paid the reasonable "call out" fee. Mark, the engineer, was on time, polite and explained the issues. Will definitely use again.
