About
We are a true family business since 1973, specialising in bespoke fitted bedrooms, sliding wardrobes, home studies and media units.
All our furniture is made-to-measure at our factory showroom in Denton, so not only are you buying a completely bespoke, quality product, you are also supporting your local, independent business.
We don’t employ salespeople on commission, and most home design visits are completed by James, co-owner of Crown Bedrooms. There is no pressure selling - just great design with good advice!
All our fitters are employed by us, and have been trained in-house, ensuring a consistent and quality job – we never use subcontractors.

We first visited the showroom in Cheadle Hulme, and then a home measure was arranged with a design and quote following very quickly afterwards. We then visited the Denton showroom to finalise the design. Both locations had great examples of what we could fit into difficult areas to maximise our storage. The whole process of design / approval was very smooth, and we are absolutely delighted with the finished product. The work was completed in under 3 days which was very swift for a lot of storage cupboards! And the installation team were excellent - I work in construction myself and can have no complaints about the workmanship, the minimal disruption, and the cleanliness that the site was left in. Superb job!

We have had two rooms fitted previously by Crown, both completed on planned timescales with quality and excellent customer service. We didn’t obtain quotes from other suppliers as the previous work was of the highest quality, The third bedroom completed recently and was manufactured and installed perfectly again. Excellent independent business - great to see.

Crown have just completed the supply and installation of 2 fitted wardrobes with glass sliding doors for 2 different bedrooms. We obtained 4 quotes with designs and Crown were the most competitive. They did not over promise or under deliver. Before taking a deposit they arranged their fitters to test run the sliding doors to ensure they could get them into the bedrooms. The process of visiting the Denton showroom to make final design changes was straightforward and uncomplicated. The installation process was efficient (2 days) and the fitters where approachable, clean and tidy. We are really happy with the results.

From walking into the showroom for the first time to subsequent visits to choose design and colours we were greeted with an incredibly warm yet professional welcome. The service received throughout was un-faulted and the overall finish is quite simply, perfect - we are incredibly happy with the room. Crown bedrooms fitted our wardrobes and they look fantastic. We are very pleased with the finished result. James took all the details and everything has been made and fitted exactly as he said it would be and as we requested. The two guys who fitted them have done an excellent job and were very professional. They left no mess left everything clean and tidy and we’re very helpful. We visited the showroom at Denton and it’s lovely to look round, we spoke to Joanne and she arranged for James to come out and do the measurements and give us a quote. You can see into the Workshop from the showroom. James came round and discussed options with us, he was so helpful and accommodated the details that we asked for. He came back for a final measurement before the fitting date. The fitters were great, excellent attention to detail and very clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Crown Bedrooms and would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you

An independent family owned business who are totally customer focused. We had 2 bedrooms upgraded with fitted wardrobes from Crown Bedrooms, Denton. We were impressed with the quality of the products at what was a competitive price. Crown Bedrooms had a knack for simplifying the design of each wardrobe, firstly regarding the the external look, then not over-complicating things regarding the internal design by listening to our needs then making recommendations bespoke to our needs. James and Joanne were most helpful in getting things just right for us, nothing was too much trouble. Both wardrobes were fitted on the scheduled days, with minimal disturbance. Our fitters were very respectful, polite, friendly and efficient. Our new wardrobes have transformed our rooms. We are very pleased to provide this review through Which to help other customers. Visiting the showroom in Denton (also Cheadle) is a must.
