Our founder, Paul Hillary has been successfully been keeping our customers’ homes safe, strong and secure with our professional security systems since 1991. Starting in the Tyne Valley area then working from North Shields to Hexham, Morpeth to Stockton,
we have remained connected to our roots. Incorporated in 2019, CSN Services can provide more than 45 years of combined expertise in electronic security.
To guarantee our standards are to the level we strive for we are annually checked by SSAIB and ECA and hold membership with these governing bodies as well as PAXTON and CHECKATRADE.

Arranging and completing annual maintenance on the alarm system was easy and efficient. Clear communication and responses from Morgan arranging the maintenance package and booking the appointment. Ted has been round on a few occasions to do work and was great as ever. Would happily recommend CSN to friends and family.

The work relates to the annual service of our intruder alarm system. The administrative support and communication both before and after the service was from Morgan, a recent appointment by the company, and I cannot fault her communication style and assistance offered. The engineer who conducted the service was Ted and I had not met him before. He was polite, cheerful and his attention to detail was particularly impressive. I have been happy with CSN for some years now and this recent contact was extremely satisfactory.

The engineer phoned at the agreed time and quickly talked me through the steps I needed to take to register the alarm system with my new router and the smartphone app. All working as it should, and sorted very quickly.

I had my intruder alarm fitted 4yrs ago by CSN and have found all members of staff to be extremely helpful, efficient and polite. I recently changed my broadband supplier and had a problem reprogramming the system, rang CSN and had an engineer here in a couple of hours. Job done. Would definitely recommend .

The engineers arrived to service my house alarm. They arrived between the hours agreed. They were friendly, professional and respected my property. They kept me informed and asked if they could check the rooms for sensors and they prepared me for the loud noise when testing the system. The service and quality of workmanship is first class and having been with this company for many years I am say with certainty that this is a company I can trust so would have no hesitation in recommending CSN Services to anyone looking to protect their property with a company who also provide value for money.

Just had complete house alarm installed by CSN. From first contact with Morgan who arranged for Engineer’s visit and sent emails about visit dates to Kyle the Engineer and his Apprentice Rhys who installed the system, things could not have gone smoother. The guys turned up promptly on the day, ensured everything was working perfectly and that I understood how it worked and cleaned up after themselves. The pricing of the job was very competitive and the response time from the company excellent. I would definitely recommend the company to anyone else requiring alarm work.

Alarm fitted for my Mum which was professionally carried out a couple of years ago. App is very easy to use (where offered). Ted was excellent as always when he came to service alarm as my Mum is partially sighted and he was able to reassure her about back up battery in case of any electrical supply issue. Morgan was in touch regularly with details of appointment and explained in detail the options available for keeping Mum’s alarm on a regular servicing contract. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

When the included instruction manual doesn't work!

Trying to change internet providers and modems on some alarm systems doesn't sound too difficult, until the instruction manual does not cover that topic at all. Step forward CSN Services who installed the system in March. Email with link to several videos explaining everything, step by step in easy to understand English and not tech speak.. Many thanks guys.

We installed a new intruder alarm in October 2024. The CSN engineer who installed the system was efficient, professional and provided useful information about using the system. Last week we installed a new broadband connection and could not update the connection to the intruder alarm. Morgan in the CSN office was very helpful, providing a video that enabled me to re-establish the connection in a timely fashion. I recommend this professional and efficient service unreservedly.
