‘A+’ rated windows are fitted as standard, to help reduce energy costs in cold weather by providing more insulation, whilst also giving improved ventilation in the warmer months. Our composite doors, conservatories and solid roof garden rooms are of an equally high standard to enhance and protect your home. We also offer a roof replacement service should you wish to convert your existing conservatory to a solid roof.

REMOVAL OF OLD CONSERVATORY AND INSTALLATION OF NEW HIGH EFFICIENCY CONSERVATORY. THIS IS THE THIRD TIME WE HAVE USED CUSTOM GLAZE, THE OTHER TWO OCCASSIONS WERE FOR ALL DOORS /WINDOWS AND FACIA'S, SOFFITS, CLADDING ETC. WORKMANSHIP WAS EXCELLENT WITH STAFF AND FITTERS ALWAYS HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AS THEY KEEP TO THEIR QUOTED PRICES AND CONTRACT OBLIGATIONS-A COMPANY THAT CAN TRUSTED

We had our conservatory renovated with an ultra roof, new windows doors and frames. Electrics were upgraded and the entire room was plastered . The work was completed to an excellent standard within the timeframe agreed. Dan was an absolute perfectionist and went above and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble and he had some good suggestions. We had a great relationship with both Jonathan and Mark Fletcher and they were always there to answer any queries or concerns we had. Custom Glaze project manage every step of the work including Local Authority approval. The finished project exceeded our expectations and has given us an extra room that we can use throughout the year. I have had all the windows and doors done in my house. The glazers turned up early in the morning and explained what they was going to do and were they was going to start and of they went within minutes doors out windows out new frames in. With hardly any mess it was freezing cold and we had to moan at them to stop for a coffee. They also done my soffits and guttering to which they did to a great standard the job was done in two days and it looked amazing the finish inside and out was done to a very high standard.it was quit funny they had been gone 30 minutes and the back door would not shut properly but within 10 minutes of phoning them they was back and sorted. 5 months later my back door again went on strike and would not lock i contacted them and within the hour it was sorted . We are very happy with our new windows and doors and the after service has been amazing .also you could not wish to meet a nice sales team and a great workforce. Thank you.

We have had a new roof on our existing conservatory installed by Custom Glaze. From the start of contacting Custom Glazes office through to the fitting and finish the service has been outstanding. The fitter was fantastic and worked non stop, producing a very high standard of work. We now have a conservatory we can use all year round. We were recommended Custom Glaze by a friend and we would highly recommend them to anyone.

Tony the salesman was great, he showed us exactly what Bi folds we wanted. Then the surveyor Kevin was great and then when it came to the fitting of the Bi folds the fitters did a fab job. Thanks all :)

I used custom glaze after finding their details on Which for doors and windows on our property and in their defence the service was great, though the after service has let them down. One of our doors has bowed and we reported this to them in June twenty twenty, they surveyed and stated a replacement has been ordered under the ten year warranty, we also have a minor issue with our front door to date we are no closer to a fix. Again I appreciate covid has caused delays but the constant chasing and lack of communication has been frustrating, we are still awaiting for both issues to be remediated.

We have used Custom Glaze on several occasions and friends have used them on our recommendation. The recent installation was the most complex requiring five lintels, three of which required removal then replacement of a row of bricks above wide windows. The work was done neatly, by friendly and efficient installers and we are delighted with the result. The windows and doors look good and are of high quality. The debris from replaced windows was removed daily and our floors and carpets were protected with dust covers.

We had a brick garden room built on the rear of the property. We have issues with the trades they supplied doing substandard work, on completion in June this year, we found that the build had not been inspected for Building Regs or registered. The local building inspector came to inspect and we had to bore a hole in the finished floor for him to inspect and look at the oversight, and it has failed it on multiple issues, main one being the concrete base is not thick enough, leaving us with a build with no Building Regs. It is now going down the legal route and we have had the house valued and it has devalued it by £15000.
