We haven't moved in 23 years and were a bit rusty on what really matters for a removal company. We were recommended to DC Groves & Sons as a reliable local company. We were not disappointed. From the first meeting of the team (also the patience from the office in agreeing a date with the uncertainties of a long chain), especially from Andy the lead, we were guided through the process and they gave us immediate confidence. The move took 4 days with a weekend in between. Access was not easy and all issues that arose were dealt with humour and effectiveness. We could not recommend them more. Thanks.

DC Groves moved our furniture and contents in a local house move. They packed up all the furniture we identified to be moved together with virtually all the contents of the house. Everything was delivered in good condition with considerable care taken to install the furniture in our newly decorated and carpeted new house. Their service was always professional, friendly and helpful and carried out with a smile. The crew was very flexible and accommodated late changes of mind about what was going to be moved and where things should be put in the new house! Their estimate of time and resources needed for the move was very accurate. I can highly recommend DC Groves & Son and will use them again.

DC Groves moved the furniture from my previous house in Berkshire. They packed up the whole house for us and stored everything for well over a year. They moved some to a home in Derbyshire for my parents and then finally for me to our house in Hythe. Everything (including two pianos) was delivered in pristine condition. Their service was always professional, friendly and helpful and carried with a smile. The crews were really and flexible and accommodated a couple of changes of mind about where things should be put! They took the stress out of moving. I can highly recommend them and will use them again.
