Dennis and his assistant proved smarter than a Bosch engineer and two separate teams of John Lewis installers, who had already been out to look at my washer. When I explained that I had discovered a major spillage all around my relatively new Bosch washing machine on 02/03/18 and that no one else had yet been able to explain it, their experience and insight immediately enabled them to recognize that the freezing temperatures caused by 'the Beast from the East' had been the culprit. They helped me understand how condensation from my boiler must have frozen somewhere in the external pipe system into which both the boiler and the washer drain, causing a major back-up when the machine emptied. Now I can use my machine again with confidence and resolve my dispute with John Lewis and Bosch to everyone's satisfaction. Mystery solved; case closed. Plus, Dennis and his assistant were so clearly knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, and helpful that I'm having them back soon to replace my kitchen tap. I feel I've found MY plumber.
