The bathroom fitter Arian gave detailed attention to the neatness and cleanliness of his work. His work and the professional standard is exemplary and was his adherence to schedule, I would have no hesitation in recommending Dara and Arian to other potential customers for building projects.

I was pleased with Dara Builders competent work over the summer. We agreed on the budget and time scale. The work included enlarging kitchen to create extra storage and dining area, fitting new units, painting and decorating most of house. Arian kept me updated about progress and informed me when parts supplied were substandard. We agreed the extra time frame. Arian was flexible when I requested additional building work and he supplied new quotes and time scale. Arian will return to refit back door trim which is been placed between new kitchen floor and lounge area, to protect the new engineered floor panels. However as original carpet supplier won’t be able to deliver, they are no longer trading, Arian will move the trim to back door when a new carpet is fitted.

I'm so grateful to Arian and his team for renovating our late aunt's property. They transformed it from a run down old flat that hadn't been done up since the 70s to a lovely, modern, spacious looking and beautifully finished property. Communication was timely, friendly and Arian dealt with any problems that arose along the way very professionally. I couldn't have asked for a better builder for my first experience with a full refurbishment. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Arian carried out a complete bathroom re-fit, including removing all old fittings, wall and floor tiles. All his work was excellent, he kept us fully informed, discussed where we had options on the works and always kept the work area neat and tidy. We’re delighted with the finished job and pleased it went so smoothly under Arian’s professionalism.

I had a list or work to be done, in descending order of priority, as I realised that it would not all be done in the day that I had booked. 1st the front door frame was loose. This was fixed by a combination of packing out spaces (that should have been done by the initial installer) and longer bolts into the brickwork and finally a gap filling foam. 2nd the front door step was loose and all 4 slabs were removed, cleaned up underneath and then re-cemented. 3rd a leaking gutter joint was replaced including a section of downpipe. 4th, two internal plaster repairs were done, in fact over the day as it was done in several stages. Arian Dara worked in a tidy manner and at times briefly gave me a hand with other work that I was doing at the property that day. He seemed to have a good understanding of what needed doing at each stage and the tools to get each job done. The price for the days work was as agreed. I was very pleased with his days work, and later hired Arian for another day, when I had another list of repairs.

Dara Builders refurbished my one bedroom flat, before it went on the market. I had never had any dealings with them before, but I needn’t have worried. They did a fantastic job and I wish they were closer to where I now live as I would use them them again without hesitation. Work was to a very high standard, great attention to detail and no mess was left. Best company I have come across in a very long time.
