Hello, I'm David your local qualified electrician serving Coventry and Warwickshire for all your domestic and commercial electrical requirements. I'm NICEIC accredited, fully insured and have references and reviews available for my work.

I'm happy to provide advice via email or telephone, even if you're not in my service area.

I'm registered with the Environment Agency as a licenced waste carrier, and with Warwickshire County Council as a commercial recycling permit holder, so any recyclable waste such as large packaging items can be disposed of responsibly.

David went to extra effort to fit a full rewire in a Grade II listed building into our schedule. He shifted work around to make sure he hit the deadline. He was flexible and sensitive to the specifics of this job, using some ingenuity to avoid causing harm to heritage fabric. His quote was better than others, and was almost identical to the final price, in fact the final price was slightly less. Throughout the work, his communication was impeccable, via email, text and his online tracking service, we would receive a daily update on progress and plans. As David tests as he goes along, and keeps it all on his system, he was able to produce the Certificate of Compliance the same evening that the work was completed. I have no hesitation to recommend DSES to anyone, and have don so on a number of occasions.

We contacted David when our regular electrician was away for an extended period of time. He and Nigel completed a couple of relatively small jobs, the installation of an under floor fan and modifications to an external lighting circuit. They were able to slot in with other trades on site and not only completed the work to a high standard but also revisited site the following day after a late evening phone call when it was discovered that, through no fault of theirs, the work required modifying. Our management committee were very impressed with the time and effort that had clearly gone into preparing the Estimate and Scope of Works which we received before formally instructing them to progress with the works.

I've used David a few times for electrical jobs. On this occasion I rang him in the early afternoon one Monday to ask him to look at a couple of extractor fans that had failed. He came round within 10 minutes and assessed the job; came back within the hour, replaced the two defective fans with new ones which work perfectly. He's thoroughly professional and totally reliable.

After making contact via his website, David replied to our query very promptly, inspected the work to be done and provided an itemised estimate the same day.
