Dave was prompt and provided confidence in the way he went through the work that was necessary. He carried out the job at the agreed time and at the agreed cost. Quality parts were fitted. Customer service and quality were excellent and the price was also competitive. I will be requesting a boiler service this summer!

Dave has just upgraded my Mum's central heating system, which involved removal of an old boiler, installing a new one in a different location, replacing the hot water cylinder, thermostat & timer, and laying new pipework. It was clear from his first visit how meticulous he is about his work, explaining all the different options and offering advice, without being pushy. He is very hard-working, always polite, punctual, and left the house spotless. Mum is very pleased & will be asking him to fit a new bathroom for her too. Would highly recommend.

We needed to upgrade our old boiler. We got three quotes, and though David's didn't come out the cheapest, he was the one that spent the most time at the property assessing our needs, taking measurements etc. In short he gave us the most comfort on such a large spend. He ALWAYS turned up when he said he was going to turn up and ALWAYS cleaned up spotlessly after himself. He was ALWAYS polite and yet never minced his words. His work is excellent and at one point we needed to get the mains gas people in to deal with low gas pressure and with David present we got the resultw we needed. Due to supply chain issues we would've had to wait for months for the boiler he suggested, but we worked together on getting a slightly more expensive boiler so that the work could be done immediately. Over all very pleased with the work.

We wished to upgrade our heating and hot water system. From inception to completion we received excellent advice including how to achieve our objectives in the most economical way. All the work was carried out professionally, as scheduled, within budget and to a first class standard. We have no hesitation in recommending Mr David Webster.

We found David from Which Trusted Traders and he has serviced our 20 year old Potterton boiler for the last two years. We have been most impressed by his high standards of workmanship, knowledge, neatness and fair pricing. His communication when making appointments is good and he has always arrived on time. David clearly takes great pride in his work and his reputation.

I first used David some ten years ago when he proved to be a thoroughly professional, reliable and pleasant individual who completed work in a clean and efficient manner at a very reasonable cost. I called him again last year and more recently to carry out my annual boiler service and to undertake other plumbing jobs and have been delighted to find he has continued to maintain his very high standards. I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation.

Dave Webster arrived on time, carried out the maintenance and discussed what he had found. I have used him a few times since he originally sorted out a major problem with the boiler, created by the original installer of it. Apart from looking after the boiler, I have used him to undertake plumbing activities which he always does well and professionally. He keeps to the quoted price and has a friendly attitude. He is very busy which is a good sign but means that, for non-urgent work, I sometimes have to wait for him to make an appointment.

Have now used David for three very different problems including a burst pipe emergency . Each time I was extremely pleased with his response , the quality of his work and very reasonable charges . In future I will only use David and gladly wait if he is not immediately available .

I called on Sunday 27th December expecting voicemail as it was just after Boxing day but David picked up and was very sympathetic and understood I had water leaking so he'd attend as soon as possible. He arrived on time and fixed the problem quickly and to my complete satisfaction. The bill for the work was very reasonable and I'm very grateful that he was prepared to come out on a bank holiday. I recommend David highly - Top marks for a job extremely well done!

David has recently undertaken a full system flush and a boiler service for me. He's done a super job at a very reasonable price and i now have peace of mind that everything is in perfect working order. He's a lovely guy to have around - no fuss, no mess and very genuine. David installed our new bathroom to an exceptionally high standard with the minimum of mess. He was very reliable and explained the whole process so that we know what was being done and when. He advised us on our choice of bathroom suite and organised the other trades (electrician, tiler) who were equally reliable. He really knows his stuff. David is clearly very busy but he was able to finish the installation in the agreed time frame by working on a Saturday. He cleaned up each day and there was no mess. Our new bathroom looks absolutely amazing.

Right from the quotation process, it was clear David was very professional and thorough in his approach. He pointed out several aspects that other plumbers missed or forgot to mention, which they then later agreed were required when I subsequently spoke to them. David replaced our ancient Potterton boiler system with a new Valiant Ecotec + Boiler plus Megaflo Cylinder. He arrived promptly each morning, kept us informed throughout the whole process, created no unnecessary mess, left the place clean and tidy each evening and unlike some trades people was very easy to deal with. Would wholeheartedly recommend David, have already re-hired him to install our Water Softener and hopefully to refit 2 bathrooms. Very reasonably priced, especially considering the excellent finish and service provided. Thank you David.

Been using Dave for over 4 years. As well as doing our boiler services, he's always made it painless to deal with the few plumbing and heating problems we've had. Recently, when he discovered our boiler was leaking, he rang the manufacturer to check the part was under warranty and returned promptly to fit it. He explained the problem clearly and charged the amount he quoted us.

This time around I used Dave for a complete power flush of my central heating system. As always, he was punctual, friendly and got the job done without fuss. I would highly recommend.

This is the second time I have used Dave, first time round was to install a complete centre heating system (combi boiler, 7 radiators all connected and fushed though is 3 days). This time was to fit a bath and sink unit, all done with excellent attention to detail and a very high end finish. I would highly recommend Dave.

David resolved our long term central heating problem very efficiently & professionally. Having done a very methodical power flush, he checked the whole system to ensure that it works properly. Advised me to contact Vaillant to correct the low boiler pressure. I was very happy with his work & called him to rectify a leak in the garage recently. This was completed professionally too. I got the details of David Webster from the Which Trusted Traders website and was surprised just how highly he was rated. I therefore decided to use him to sort out problems with my central heating system. I had previously used another central heating engineer to install and maintain my system but it became clear that he had bodged some of the work. I asked Dave to identify what was wrong and put it right. He came round and was at first reticent to do this, pointing out that the previous trader should put his work right at no cost to me. I persuaded Dave to do the work as I had lost all trust in the previous trader and was concerned that he would only make matters worse. Before Dave started he explained that it wasn't possible to be precise about the cost as he didn't know what was wrong. He investigated the problems and carried out the remedial work which he did to my complete satisfaction. He kept me informed all the time what he had found and what he needed to do to put it right. I was pleasantly surprised that what he charged was not higher. He also pointed out that the system needed a power flush which he came back and carried out over two days. He gave me a quote for the work which he kept to. As he was doing the work, he showed me just how much gunge there was in the radiators.The system is now working perfectly - I can certainly recommend him and will use him from now on for all my plumbing and central heating issues.

Dave installed a new boiler and did power flush for me this week. I have no hesitation in recommendingg him. Brilliant job, a nice man and very tidy. Excellent value and holds to his quoted price. Couldn't ask for more.
