DAVIS AND GOLD is a boiler servicing company based in Edmonton, North London who prides ourselves on QUALITY RELIABILITY AND EXPERTISE.

FREE ESTIMATES are available for any heating problem. We do not advertise so keeping our existing customers happy is our priority. We operate a NO CALL OUT charge policy.

We have been trading in the heating industry for over 5 decades and have over 10,000 returning customers. We do not use contractors, DAVIS AND GOLD employs all engineers, and in fact many employees have been with the company over 10 years.

Our Gas Safe, Warm Front Approved engineers will explain the problem that you're having, and how our boiler repairs will fix it. Then you'll receive a quotation, not an estimation, that reflects that.

We make it our personal promise to deliver the best possible service to all of our clients. That means we'll always be on time, we'll only charge for the work that needs doing and we'll only ever charge you a fair price.

I have had work carried out by Davis & Gold for many years now and they have always provided a high quality, reliable and professional service. Recently, I booked in for a new boiler replacement and the work was carried out by James. Everything from start to finish was planned and delivered smoothly, from the first quote discussions, to the work plans ensuring the convenience for me and to the meticulous completion of all the work in the day. James was so courteous, respectful of my property, clearly explaining all the different stages of work so I was aware and completed the job professionally and on the day as planned. I would like to thank James for his excellent work and would recommend Davis & Gold for their services to anybody.

We have used this trader for a couple of years for servicing and repairs. We had a problem on Friday with an air leak and the engineer promptly called me back, despite it being the bank holiday weekend. He sorted the problem out straight away. Really appreciate the service and the time he had to come and sort out the issue.

Following a Smart meter installation for another flat in my building, which involved turning off all the electricity, my boiler stopped working. I realised this the next morning – Friday before a bank holiday – no hot water! I called Davis and Gold for help; engineer Andy came round within the hour and fixed the problem. For no charge because I'm a long-term client! I really can't recommend this company highly enough: friendly professional engineers, excellent work, very reasonable charges, and they've always gone the extra mile to help out in an emergency.

We've used Davis & Gold for a few years now, having annual boiler services and a few call outs, all of which have been carried out to the highest degree. Was advised a new boiler was necessary, and we only waited 1 week for the work to be done. Price very reasonable, service engineer carried out a great job, he was neat and tidy, very amenable and knowledgeable. Works were carried out to the quotation supplied. Gas safety certificate and warranty received within the week. All communications with the office speedy, polite and informative. We are very satisfied with the service provided and would have no hesitation in recommending Davis & Gold to others.

We have been a customer of Davis & Gold for the past 28 years. When our boiler system finally had to be replaced due to its age, out of several quotes, we chose Davis and Gold to do the work for us and at our request, we decided that the best course of action was to replace our old system with an entirely new one. They gave us plenty of choice and options for us to make a decision. They were very professional, approachable, patient and clear with quotes. All work was done to agreed schedules and budget and to a very high standard. All the engineers were punctual, efficient, professional, extremely hard working and got on with the job. Any problems we encountered were immediately addressed and resolved. Davis & Gold also organised aftercare eg warranties, guarantees, addressed ad hoc queries and explained the system to us directly. Overall, the office, management and their engineers went out of their way to assist and be helpful. We have no hesitation in highly recommending Davis & Gold to anyone.

Our old gas boiler stopped working over the weekend of 13/14 April. I emailed Davis & Gold first thing on 15 April. An engineer came out within an hour or so, investigated and recommended replacement. This was started the same day and completed by the end of the following day in accordance with the agreed budget. The speed and quality of the service and work was fantastic. A full explanation was provided as to the working of the new appliance and all relevant guarantees and certificates have been obtained on our behalf and provided to us.

Last minute heating disaster!

Unfortunately the boiler in my property bit the dust the week before moving day. So I had a new boiler fitted very last minute. The guys did the job quickly with minimum fuss and I was very grateful for their service. Obviously difficult for me to comment on the new boiler as I don't live with it but the service was great. Guarantee sorted for the new owners too.
